Description
The ground-floor apartment is accessible via a staircase with a small seating area and a porch with a built-in wardrobe. It features a cozy open-plan living and sleeping area with a double bed, corner sofa, and TV. Children will feel comfortable in the separate children's room with a bunk bed. A baby cot is available free of charge in the children's room. Guests have access to a new modern fitted kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and microwave. Kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster are of course provided. A large dining table for up to 8 people and a child high chair complete the equipment of the eat-in kitchen.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and height-adjustable sink. On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living/bedroom with a single bed and sofa bed. A private bathtub bathroom and a conservatory complete the facilities of the upper floor. Enjoy the peace and beauty of the surrounding nature in our well-maintained garden. Make yourself comfortable on the terrace or use our grill for a delicious outdoor dinner. Your vehicles are safely parked in the carport in the courtyard.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located on the edge of the Spreewald Biosphere Reserve in the idyllic village of Papitz, which is part of the larger community of Kolkwitz, on our residential property.
Papitz offers the perfect starting point for diverse excursions into the Spreewald, the city of Cottbus, and the Lusatian Lakeland, and at the same time, it is a place of peace and relaxation from everyday stress.
On our four-sided courtyard, which was formerly used for agriculture, live with us dog Leo and several barn rabbits. Since Leo gets along well with people but unfortunately not with other dogs, pets must unfortunately stay at home.
Next to the vacation apartment, our guests have access to a covered terrace in the garden as well as parking and bicycle storage facilities on the property.
A few meters from the holiday home, right next to the 17th-century village church, there is a playground with a ping-pong table.

Large and very well-equipped holiday home
For anyone seeking peace and needing a bit more space than usual, this holiday home is just right. It really offers a lot of space, has a huge bathroom, is well-heated, and practically has a winter garden on the upper floor. We really enjoyed the quiet location. With the car, you can still quickly get anywhere, especially if you're planning to visit the well-known Spreewald attractions. All in all, a very nice accommodation for short or longer vacations. The contact with the landlords is very nice and straightforward.

Very beautiful holiday home
The holiday apartment is modern and stylishly furnished. There are books and toys for the children.
The landlords are very accommodating and helpful, and they are also up for a chat. They even picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. And we were allowed to feed the rabbits, which particularly delighted the children.
The playground with swings, a slide, and a table tennis table is only a few meters away. Across from the holiday house is the village church, which rings at 8:00 in the morning. Bicycles can be rented and delivered, for example, in Burg. There is a bicycle shed in the courtyard for this purpose.
We called beforehand and were able to discuss all the details easily.
