Villa "Harmony" is a newly built holiday home with a wonderful south-facing orientation. It is perfectly embedded in the elegant, traffic-calmed villa district of Makarska. Due to its hillside location, approx. 200 metres above sea level, it offers an impressive view of the sea, the islands of Hvar and Brac from many perspectives. On the north side, the mighty Biokovo Mountains rise up picturesquely, coloured a soft pink by the sunlight and close enough to touch. This breathtaking overall backdrop, from the vantage point of your holiday home, will make your holiday something special.
The villa is an oasis of well-being for people who want to design their holiday individually. It is also the starting point for unique and wonderful experiences in Makarska and a retreat from hectic everyday life and professional stress.
The rooms are generously designed and are located on two levels. The furnishings are cosy and tasteful, which gives the house its name "Harmony". On the ground floor you will find a spacious living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, another bathroom and a utility room.
An invitingly designed staircase with a moderate incline and a secure stainless steel banister leads you from the living area to the upper floor, which offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with a bathroom. All three king-size beds are fitted with high-quality box-spring mattresses.
Have fun and enjoy the outdoor area of a 100 m² terrace with a sun-shaded barbecue and dining area, a lounge and a heated 25 m² swimming pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped, green plants and decorative panels effectively protect you from prying eyes from outside. Three car parking spaces are available free of charge and exclusively for your use.

The dreamlike pebble beach Punta Rata near Brela is repeatedly recognised with various awards, including international ones. What can you do in Makarska?
In the atmospheric old town of Makarska, with its winding streets, you can experience cultural and artistic performances and entertainment all year round. The programme is rich and appeals to every age group. At night, the numerous restaurants, cafés, discos and nightclubs attract young and restless people in particular. Outdoor fans, on the other hand, enjoy the idyllic hiking trails along the coast or the beauty of the nearby Biokovo Nature Park. Extreme sports enthusiasts can try their hand at rock climbing, mountain biking, rafting, para-sailing or surfing. An unforgettable experience for all Makarska guests is a trip to the dizzying "Skywalk Biokovo", a cantilevered glass viewing platform on the Ravna Vlaska Pass at a height of 1,228 metres. Makarska is located at a junction of mainland roads and sea routes and is therefore also an ideal starting point for day trips on scheduled boats to the offshore islands of Brac, Hvar or Korcula.
Makarska's gastronomy!
In almost every traditional Dalmatian restaurant, "konoba" in Croatian, on the Makarska Riviera, you will find typical regional delicacies. In the dish "Peka", for example, meat or fish is carefully layered together with vegetables and potatoes in a fire pan and cooked to perfection using the slow-cooking method. Deep-fried or fried squid and grilled quality fish from the Adriatic, such as sea bream, snapper, sea bass, amberjack, grouper, etc. are also extremely popular. Local chefs are true masters in preparing fresh fish on the grill, which is usually served with boiled potatoes and chard.

| The prices also include final cleaning, a set of bed linen, towels, bath towels and pool towels. If you stay longer than one week, a weekly intermediate cleaning, bed linen, towel, bath towel and pool towel change is obligatory. Additional cleaning services, bed linen or towel changes will be charged separately. The prices include tourist tax. For a binding reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price of the booking is expected. The remaining amount must be transferred no later than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. A damage deposit of 300 EUR is required. This is to be paid by bank transfer. You will be contacted by the hostess before your arrival. You will receive a refund within 7 days of your departure. The damage deposit will be refunded to you in full by bank transfer after the accommodation has been checked and no damage caused by you has been found. |
