We were happy, the kids definitely too. Next time we would choose a better spot, but we would definitely come back like this. Check-in was hassle-free. Finding the spot was a bit more difficult, as the plots were not entirely recognizable. The bouncy castle was great, our kids were a bit sad that the pump for the water slide at the small pond was not on yet. They still played great with the other kids. The mini disco was okay, but not a big hit either.

Een prachtige camping, alles is mooi netjes. Wel is het heel groot. Sanitair was ook school, werd regelmatig schoongemaakt (wat wij echt een pré vinden). Nu was het geen hoogseizoen. Aan het eind van onze vakantie werd het wel erg druk (1 mei hebben veel Duiters een lang weekend), dat konden we wel merken. Super leuke zwemplas met glijbanen & een leuke indoorspeelhal - leuk voor de kleintjes. Personeel ook vriendelijk & lieve animatiewerkers.

Relaxing and much to discover. We had a bit of bad luck with our pitch; it was very muddy and we got stuck. We were told that we shouldn't have set up and should have gone directly back to reception. A technician will assign us a parking space for the time being and informed us that the pitch had just been newly completed and there had been heavy rain in the last few days. A pity for us, but next time we will surely have better luck.

I have been there for the fifth time now, and I really like it, as do the children. The highlight is the swimming lake, but there is a lot offered around it. Now during the holidays, it was very crowded, more than I had ever seen. It is naturally louder here and there, and teenagers are out in the evenings. It can happen that all the showers, toilets, or sinks are occupied. Sometimes it was dirty, but that's the people. That's just how it is; I would gladly come back.

After several years of not being in Wilsum, we rediscovered the place through the website and were very positively surprised. Everything is very well maintained, the boulevard has been completely renovated, and we really liked the option to handle everything via the app, allowing us to arrive and depart without stopping at the reception! The booking was clear and easy to understand. Since we paid the entire amount in advance, we could drive directly through the barrier to our spot upon arrival. The site was very spacious and level; we didn’t need anything for leveling. The washhouse was nearby and was cleaned several times a day. The swimming lake has a nice sandy beach and appears well-maintained. The kids had a lot of fun; the only downside was that the indoor play area only opened at 12 noon. Since we were there outside of the holiday season, a late check-out was no problem at all.

We arrived on Sunday, September 24, and left again the following Thursday towards home. The intention was to enjoy the peace, space (and excellent wifi) of Wilsumer Berge at the end of our vacation. The space and the wifi were just fine. But unfortunately not the peace. We suffered for hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from the noise of lawnmowers. Right near our camper and further away. It was enough to drive us crazy. And very disappointing. I would like to recommend spreading these activities more across the large campsite so that a small group of campers does not suffer from it for days on end. We arrived spontaneously and still got a spot (almost) by the lake. The pitches are really nice and large, and for our dog, it was a stick paradise. We loved the dog area with a bathing pond – big enough that even energetic dogs could have fun here. And once we were lucky enough to have a socially compatible Rottweiler/Bernese Mountain Dog female there, and the two dogs could play together wonderfully. We really liked the entire service - once checked in, we could leave the park without any problems using the license plate recognition. Furthermore, everything is there that you need for a nice stay, including a snack bar on the beach for a little hunger in between ;o)) The park itself is quite large, but you don't really notice it because the pitches are divided into smaller sections. Now in the off-season, it was wonderfully quiet - this probably looks different in the middle of summer, but for us, this weekend was the perfect time.

I arrived at 5:30 PM and searched for my seat using the app. At first, I couldn't find my seat C11-10, but that was because it was already occupied by other guests.
