The owners were very kind and made us feel at home. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The outdoor terrace was lovely for having coffee in the morning, even if it was a bit cold. The only downside was that the parking was a bit far to carry the suitcases, but it was worth it for such a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Schmiedegässchen! The rooms were spacious and the living room was perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the nearby castles. The sauna was a lovely bonus, especially on the cooler evenings.

Our stay in Schmiedegässchen was truly enchanting! The vacation home was spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family trip. We especially loved the cozy living room with the fireplace, which added a warm touch to our evenings. The sauna was a fantastic extra, providing a relaxing retreat after a day full of exploring nearby castles like Burg Liebenstein and Burg Sterrenberg, both just a short drive away. The location was quiet, surrounded by nature, yet close enough to local restaurants like Kurt Salzig. We felt very welcome by the staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely place to relax!
