Close to the market square in the village of Kercem, this pool villa offers a blend of rustic elegance and modern comfort, making it the perfect place for your holiday.
Built entirely from local sandstone, the farmhouse exudes a very special character. The ground floor welcomes you with the extremely spacious living and dining area and its marvellous round arches. The dining area has two separate dining tables. Adjacent to this is a fully equipped kitchen - with a dishwasher, of course - which is smoothly connected to the private pool and the spacious terrace, which has a barbecue and a separate shower/WC.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully distributed to ensure privacy and comfort. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom on the other side of the hallway. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, while another twin bedroom shares a bathroom with a quadruple bedroom. On the 2nd floor you will find another quadruple bedroom with its own bathroom. The single beds can be pushed together to form double beds on request.
The inviting pool, measuring 7.5 x 3.7 metres, is the focal point of the outdoor area and offers spectacular views. The pool area is ideal for relaxing, barbecuing or simply sunbathing.

The village of Ta' Kerċem, with a population of around 1700, is located near the south-eastern outskirts of the main town of Victoria and is surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery in Gozo's countryside. The area around Kercem was probably already inhabited around 4000 BC. In addition, marvellous hiking trails have been built near the cliffs of Xlendi and Sannat with EU funding.
Xlendi - the very popular seaside resort with its picturesque bay, where you will find numerous good restaurants on the promenade right by the water - is about 3 kilometres away. At Xlendi Bay you will find wonderful bathing spots around the bay (rocky beach!), which are ideal for swimming, snorkelling and diving.
The main town of Victoria, with its recently renovated citadel high above the town, is only approx. 1-2km away.
