This comfortable studio for four is located in the 3-star residence Les Balcons de l'Océan. It is about 400 m from the center of the seaside resort of Biscarosse-Plage and just 150 m from the beautiful extensive sandy beach.

The studio has a living room for 2 persons with a double cabin (sometimes closed) and a bathroom.
The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave/grill and dishwasher.
This studio does not have a balcony. Parking in the garage is available for a fee.

At Résidence Les Balcons de l'Océan, you can book various apartments from four to eight people.

For late arrivals, guests must contact the residence in advance during reception hours to arrange key collection. Online check-in and a security deposit are required. Without prior notice, access to the accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

The studio was perfect for our little getaway, we missed nothing, with enough space for two adults and two children. The beach was so close, that was a big win for us! Would definitely recommend it to families looking for a beach holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at the studio in Biscarrosse-Plage! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Nord beach where we spent most of our days enjoying the sun and surfing. The studio itself was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was particularly useful for preparing quick meals after a day at the beach. Nearby, we found some delicious dining options like Le Rest'o and Snack le Corto Maltèse, which were within walking distance. Overall, a great place for a beach getaway!
