This amazing stone villa is a perfect mixture of an old dalmatian stone house with luxury modern interior. The whole villa represents an hommage to old dalmatian house but you have private heated pool with hot tub, whirlpool room, fitness room and entertainment room at your disposal for a more comfortable stay offered to true hedonists.
On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen with dining area, bathroom, entertainment room, fitness room and laundry facility. On the mezzanine there is a whirlpool room.
On the first floor you will find three double bedroons with en suite bathrooms and one double bedroom with separate bathroom. Whole first floor has an exit to a balcony.
Outside area has a heated swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol, kids playground and garden. There is also a BBQ with an outdoor dining area. Whole property is covered with A/C and WIFI signal. You have a free parking at the property. This villa is a duplex style but your side of the house is fully fenced so you will have a full privacy.
Sućuraj is a small village situated on the eastern coast of the island of Hvar. It has some 400 inhabitants that mostly live from tourism and fishing and is well known for its production of quality wines and olive-oil. Sućuraj is also an important port for the island of linked with the mainland by regular and frequent ferry-boat lines to Drvenik as well as with a direct bus line with Split (Stari Grad-Sućuraj-Makarska-Split on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). Thanks to its geographical position it has always been an important historical strategic point.
Sućuraj is surrounded by numerous picturesque inlets and sandy beaches that are easy to reach by boat. The development of tourism in Sućuraj began in 1960 when its inhabitants abandoned the old crafts just long enough to take care of their houses and guests and then to come back and continue their work on the land and at sea, feeding their families and guests with home-made and home-grown delicacies.
