Very beautiful completely newly renovated ground floor apartment. (not barrier-free) Underfloor heating and electric shutters in all rooms. 100 MB fiber optic internet connection, WiFi, front door with fingerprint. There is a possibility to grill in the garden, table and seating options available. Parking space for larger vehicles is also available. This property is a non-smoking apartment where pets are not allowed. The apartment is spacious and can accommodate up to 4 guests on 70 square meters. It has 1 eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom.

The apartment is equipped with a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, refrigerator and freezer, oven, ceramic hob, and toaster (no microwave). All cooking utensils, pots/pans, cutlery, dishes, and dish towels are provided.

The cozy living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The bedrooms are comfortable and offer a warm and inviting atmosphere. A baby cot is available on request.
Bedroom 1: With a double bed 1.80 m wide, wardrobe, and mirror. Bedroom2/Office: With a pull-out sofa bed, 1.40 m wide, wardrobe and desk.

The modern bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower, toilet, and wash area.

The apartment includes a washing machine and drying area in the basement. Outdoors, you can enjoy the quiet atmosphere in the garden. A parking space and a garage are available for your vehicle. Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
