Welcome to the Dietrichhof holiday pavilions, a very special place in Feldthurns - South Tyrol
Away from the village and the hustle and bustle, we have built four new pavilions from traditional building materials inside our old barn. Here, your heart and soul can touch the ground and feel the sky at the same time. Relax at the highest level!
A bsunders Platzl... We love tranquillity and mindfulness, tradition and modernity merge here. Because healthy living is important to us, we have built the 4 guest pavilions ecologically, using only straw, wood and clay. Our holiday pavilion is just as suitable for a romantic holiday for two as it is for small families. We particularly welcome people with special needs. The accommodation units are discreet but equipped with every refinement, including wheelchair access.
Our charming 32-35 square metre holiday straw pavilions are monolocals, offering space for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. They have a living, dining and sleeping area, bathroom, which are lovingly and comfortably furnished.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a cooker, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle ....
For your comfort, you will also receive bed linen, towels, bathrobes and tea towels. So you don't have to bring your own.
The flats are located in a non-smoking environment (smoking is only permitted in smoking areas) to ensure a pleasant and healthy living environment for all guests.
In addition, the flats are designed to be allergy-friendly, so that guests with allergies can also enjoy a pleasant stay.

The special experience of our holiday flats includes a sauna hut with Swiss stone pine sauna, infrared cabin and relaxation room with a wonderful view. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries after a day full of activities in the great outdoors.
The holiday flats at the Dietrichhof are surrounded by a beautiful landscape, which you can admire from the pavilions and balconies. You can also enjoy the view of the mountains, meadows and forests while sitting on the spacious guest terrace.

The Dietrichhof "a bsunders Platzl" is located in the Eisack Valley low mountain range in the heart of South Tyrol at 1,187 metres above sea level in Oberschnauders-Feldthurns.
Nestled in peace between meadows and forests.
The village of Feldthurns is just a 5-minute drive from our farm.
For a city trip to Klausen or Brixen you only need a few minutes by car.
For a sustainable holiday experience, you can also reach us by public transport.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 7 days before the day of arrival.
- The booking becomes binding when a deposit is paid (booking guarantee) and the booking confirmation is sent. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. You can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before your arrival. From 60 days to 30 days before arrival we charge 50% of the agreed total price as a cancellation fee. Within the last 30 days before arrival or in the event of early departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.

Local tax
The local tax was introduced in South Tyrol on 1 January 2014 (municipal residence tax, LG No. 9 of ). The revenue is used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organisation of cultural and sporting events.
From 1 January 2024, the local tax will be €2.40 per guest and overnight stay and will be collected directly by us.
Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.
Arrival & departure
The flat is ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of your arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the flat by 10.00 am.
If you arrive after 7.00 pm, please let us know by telephone.
