Location and surroundings of object
The Rautsch holiday home is located in the Einbach district, which belongs to the town of Hausach. It is in an absolutely secluded location with a view over all the Black Forest mountains. The house, which is between 350 and 500 years old, is a listed building and has been renovated by the owners with a lot of passion and initiative. Its architectural style, influenced by Strasbourg, makes it one of the oldest dwellings in the area. Due to its historical significance, the house was awarded the Baden-Württemberg Monument Protection Prize.
The town of Hausach has 5800 inhabitants and is located in the central Black Forest. In addition to numerous hiking opportunities, there are many sights and excellent restaurants in the surrounding area. There are also numerous shopping facilities on site.
