The semi-detached house is located in a very quiet residential area. The house itself made a well-maintained impression and one could feel very comfortable. The takeover and handover went absolutely smoothly. I received an immediate response regarding the mention of two minor defects. A simpler access to regular television, e.g. via satellite, would be desirable at this rental price. As a customer of Telekom, I had no way to use my access, as the Magenta app was not available on the TV. It may be complaining at a high level, but in my opinion, it is part of the experience to simply turn on the TV in the evening and watch. I haven't experienced that before. Everything else was very nice. Basically, the house was very clean, only in detail (e.g. There would have been a little room for improvement (in individual corners on the room ceilings). Nevertheless, I find the house and also the provider "ferien-an-der-nordsee.de" to be highly recommendable.

For the second time, we had a very nice time in this beautiful house. The furnishings are very nice and everything you need is available. Moreover, the Bredstedt train station is only about a 15-minute walk away, there are many shopping options, and even a small forest is nearby. We felt very comfortable both in winter and in summer.
