The vacation apartment is very nice. I would like to add that a note stating that the guest must bring wood and fire starters for the fireplace themselves would be a good tip.

Everything was perfect. The view of the mill pond is wonderful, and Bredstedt offers many shopping opportunities and is a good base for trips. We will definitely come back.

Very nicely decorated, extensively equipped and well-maintained apartment that invites you to linger even in bad weather. Sleeping by the rushing mill creek is wonderful. The location is perfect for all kinds of excursions. Only minor criticism: It would have been nice to have some wood already for the fireplace, as you can only get it in Husum at the hardware store. The fireplace itself is great and the sauna is also a highlight! Conclusion: Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday on the North Sea!

A great and cozy vacation rental with a superb view of the mill pond. It is tastefully furnished and has everything you need. The only thing missing is some new furniture for the small balcony and a cleaner surface. Also, the garden or terrace for the vacation rentals was not well-maintained and not really usable. More attention should be paid to that. But that's just nitpicking because overall we really enjoyed our stay. We returned relaxed and refreshed. Bredstedt is a small sleepy town but a good starting point for all kinds of excursions in the area, the train station is a 10-minute walk away. There are also plenty of shops for daily needs and a great restaurant....The Friesenhalle....just around the corner. We will definitely come back and stay in this beautiful apartment by the mill pond!

The only problem was that the apartment was cold upon arrival, there was no wood for the stove, and even the next morning it was still not warm due to the night-time heating shutdown. However, there were below zero temperatures during the day and severe frost at night. For future renters: in similar weather conditions and if the apartment has not been used before, please heat the apartment one day before arrival. Thank you.

We really liked the apartment! The very beautiful, tasteful, and loving furnishings make you feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen equipment left nothing to be desired. It was a shame that the balcony was not well maintained, so we didn't use it. We only briefly visited the really beautiful garden because there are unfortunately a lot of mosquitoes living there due to the stream. It would have been nice if the curtains in the bedroom could really be used to darken the room. Unfortunately, they are just for decoration. The apartment is very nicely located by a pond, and you can reach the town center in a few minutes on foot. Overall, we had a very nice vacation here and would stay here again anytime!

The apartment was very cozy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was equipped with everything. One star deduction is for a few small things that can surely be quickly fixed: the wobbly shower faucet, the poorly draining sink in the bathroom, and the non-functioning ceiling lamp in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the mattress in the double bed room was extremely soft. But that is certainly a matter of taste. All in all, we really liked it and felt very comfortable in the old water mill.

We spent 10 lovely days here. The ambiance of the holiday apartment is really great, a successful mix of modern and old. Everything you need is there, even a pretty balcony with a view of the mill pond where you can have a wonderful breakfast. We would love to come back.

That should be paid more attention to.
But that is 'complaining' at a high level, because all in all we really liked it. We are relaxed and refreshed.

The flat is beautifully situated next to a pond and within a few minutes walking distance you can reach the centre of the village.

We felt very comfortable in this holiday apartment in Bredstedt. You will find everything you need here and the flat is spacious and comfortably furnished. It is in a very idyllic location directly on the Mühlenteich. The market place is around the corner, so you can easily reach the bakery etc. on foot. Day trips to Husum, Pellworm, etc. are also no problem from Bredstedt. The only reason why we deduct one star from the overall impression is that we unfortunately found the flat not quite clean. There were still handkerchiefs under the sofa and the floor was a bit dusty. Otherwise, everything was fine!
