soggiorno con tavolo sedie e parete attrezzata divano frigo tv completa un comodo balcone verandato con tavolino sedie e lavatrice .
Cucinino dotato di piano cottura ad induzione lavello macchina per il caffè forno elettrico e microonde.
Il caffè viene offerto nella misura di 2 capsule al giorno per ospite.
Si mette a disposizione un comodo posto auto in cortile con telecomando.
l'appartamento e dotato di finestre a doppio vetro e condizionatore.
E consentito fumare solo sui balconi possibilmente tenendo le porte chiuse grazie per la collaborazione
