Description

The standalone mobile home is functionally furnished. The property is located on a campsite. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for use: sun umbrella, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Wi-Fi can be requested on-site for a fee (€4 for a ticket, valid for 3 days/4 devices). Mandatory club card (€3 per day for the first 14 days of stay; free for children aged 1-3 years): the club card grants access to numerous services of the campsite, such as swimming pools, entertainment, disco, football field, tennis, baby club, young club, cabaret, shows, musicals, water aerobics, dance courses, and hydromassage parcours.

National category 4 stars, reception, 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, internet (Wi-Fi), supermarket and launderette. The campsite offers a restaurant-pizzeria, a convenient takeaway service, a bar and an ice cream parlour. For daily needs, there is a supermarket, a newsstand and a tobacconist.

Location
Bari Sardo. The mobilehome is located on a campsite, on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The Camping is located directly by the sea and is surrounded by lush vegetation. The campsite pays special attention to children and organizes activities and games so that they do not get bored. It is also an excellent starting point for excursions into the surrounding area on horseback or by boat. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property.

Three pools for adults, one of which features a relaxing hot tub.
The pools are equipped with free sun loungers (subject to availability) and are open during the high season. Swim caps are not required.

In summer: Mediterranean Sea 300 m in Bari Sardo (beach 300 m in Bari Sardo with sand). Bari Sardo: Tennis 2.4 km and water sports facilities 4.4 km. Mini golf in Tertenia 26 km. Enjoy a vast pebbly beach with direct access, perfect for sunbathing. Choose between the free beach or the equipped area (€20/day for one parasol and two sun loungers, subject to availability). The unspoilt atmosphere and proximity to the sea guarantee unforgettable moments.
The campsite offers a dog exercise area.
Thanks to Sardinia’s regional beach regulations, you can go to the beach with your dogs during the permitted times (20:00 - 08:00). In addition, a dog beach is located just 900 metres away.

The entrance to your mobile home leads directly into the living/bedroom. Living room with 1 additional bed on the seating area, air conditioning, dining area, access to the terrace (garden furniture) and additional sleeping space in the living room, represented by the seat with cushions around the dining table. Bedroom with 1 double bed. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with fly screens. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with fly screens.
