Flat with sea views located right in the centre of Calpe and only 20 metres from the Arenal-Bol beach and the promenade. You will find everything you need for a perfect holiday: a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets, as well as public transport.
The flat, on the 5th floor of the building with lift, has a living room with glazed terrace which is integrated as a dining area, a bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. It also has a kitchen equipped with washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob, grill, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, satellite TV, free WiFi and hairdryer. There is no air-conditioning, only fans.
The flat has a large closed garage, about 200 m from the flat, so that you can also reach the flat comfortably by car or rental car.
It is situated 5 m to the restaurant "Capri restaurant & bar", 20 m to the sandy beach "Playa Arenal-Bol", 80 m to the supermarket "My Mercat", 600 m to the town "Casco antiguo", 2 km to the lake "Las Salinas", 10 km to the town "Benissa", 12 km to the town "Altea", 12 km to the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach", 22 km to the river "Fuentes del Algar", 29 km from the amusement park "Terra Mítica", 30 km from the water park "Aqualandia", 34 km from the city "Denia", 66 km from the train station "Estación de tren de Alicante", 77 km from the airport "Aeropuerto de Alicante", 133 km from the airport "Aeropuerto de Valencia" and is located in a well communicated area and next to the sea.

The price includes the cleaning, towels, sheets, parking and Wi-Fi.
The check-in time is from 16:30 to 19:30 and the check-out time is from 9:30 to 11:00.
An extra fee from 60€ to 70€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays.
If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged.
A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
Electricity consumption is included in the price (10KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW.
A credit card deposit of € 400,00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.
