Discover our charming holiday flat Bosau in the Schwedenhaus, a holiday home in picturesque Holstein Switzerland. This 45 square metre flat offers space for up to two guests and has a living area, a separate sleeping area and a bathroom.
The flat is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, surrounded by a beautiful garden with roses and outdoor furniture, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. The house itself impresses with its attractive design and cosy interior.
Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, egg cooker, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, iron and ironing board and a clothes horse. The living area is cosily furnished with comfortable seating and a television. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed and bed linen, and the bathroom has a washbasin with two drawers with a mirror and a shower and a shelf. A hairdryer and make-up mirror are also provided. Towels are provided.
Further amenities include a car park , a terrace for relaxing and cosy evenings. Free W-LAN is also available. A covered parking space for your bicycles is located directly at the house.
This flat is ideal for short and long-term tenants and offers a varied environment. Please note that this is a non-smoking flat and is suitable for allergy sufferers.

Location and surroundings of object
In about 7 minutes - depending on how fast you walk - you are down at the Brookschen Uferwiesen directly at the large Plöner See - the tenth largest lake in Germany with about 28 square kilometres. If you want to go swimming, you can do so here - or at the large bathing beach in Bosau, which is also within easy walking distance. The golf courses in Thürk and Waldshagen are only a few kilometres away.
You can set off directly from here for long and short hikes or cycle tours. The rose town of Eutin is 16 kilometres away and Plön is about 11 kilometres away. Not to be forgotten are the many other small towns with picturesque little streets and the many lakes in this area, embedded in an incredible nature with a lot of peace and often even a breathtaking silence and view! The Baltic Sea can be reached by car in about half an hour .
Both towns with their castles and cafes, small shops, narrow streets and picturesque alleyways invite you to marvel, stroll and linger . Bosau also has beautiful sights and fans of the crime series Tatort can follow in the footsteps of the classic crime series Reifezeugnis from 1976 with Nastasja Kinski , Christian Quadflieg and Judy Winter . The tourist tax is 2 euros per person per night in the high season from 01 May to 30 September - in the rest of the year it is 1 euro per person per night. The final cleaning fee of 65 is one-off. Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab , bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet . Eine Stornierung bzw. Kündigung kann nur schriftlich/per Mail erfolgen . Maßgeblich ist immer der Tag des Zugangs der Erklärung bei dem Vermieter . Erfolgt diese Stornierung vor dem Ablauf der 42-Tage-Frist vor dem geplanten Mietbeginn ist diese kostenfrei . Wird behördlich angeordnet , dass nicht vermietet werden darf , so werden die Kosten erstattet . Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung .
