The approx. 50 sqm holiday flat (up to 3 persons) is located directly on the dyke in the separate wing (ground floor) of a rustic thatched house. The house is located in the village, in a quiet residential street.

The garden leads directly to the Elbe dike with lambs. Light chairs are available for "ship watching", which you can take with you onto the dyke.
Kollmar has been a popular holiday destination for decades. The child-friendly beach, unspoilt nature, water sports facilities and spectacular views of the Elbe River are an experience. Hikes on the Elbe dike are always delightful: on one side the marshland with farms and avenues, especially splendid at the time of the rape blossom in May, on the other side the Elbe with ocean liners, pleasure boats and sailors. There are numerous marked paths for cycling tours. The dyke foreland and the beaches invite you to sunbathe. Swimming in the river is a special experience. Go on a voyage of discovery! The Elbe with its tributaries and islands, reed landscapes and beaches, historic towns and picturesque villages offers a maritime landscape with a fascinating interplay of ebb and flow. Numerous events provide variety.

Beautiful apartment
Very nicely furnished apartment.
You have everything you need to feel comfortable there.
The location in the town center is great. You are right behind the dyke and not far from the small harbor.
The area is beautiful with its green spaces and water ditches everywhere. The sheep greet you in the morning while having coffee, if you want, on the dyke.
Can only recommend it, and we will definitely come back.

My husband and I have prepared this beautiful thatched-roof property in Kollmar. We enjoy the peace and quiet, the beautiful landscape, the water, the beaches and the international shipping traffic on the Elbe. Every container giant, cruise ship, cargo ship, tanker, etc. going to or coming from Hamburg has to pass by here. From the dyke and the small harbour nearby, we have a magnificent view of the Elbe - also a very popular sailing area. Come and relax here.
