Cosy holiday flat in the centre of Hals, a charming district of Passau on the lower course of the Ilz. You live in a quiet, green area with many hiking and excursion possibilities. The town centre is only a 30-minute walk away.
The holiday flat with natural wooden floors is spacious, bright and friendly. The flat is family-friendly, with a baby changing area in the bathroom and an extra bed for small children in the parents' bedroom. You can cater for yourself in the well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher.
You don't even have to do without WLAN and TV.
there are 4 further sleeping options in the attic. The flat can therefore accommodate up to 6 people.
The bathroom is spacious and has a bath, shower, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house is surrounded by a large garden. Here you can relax, barbecue facilities available.

Generously cut and perfectly located between Passau and nature reserve.
The holiday apartment in Hals is easily accessible from the center of Passau by bicycle (15 minutes), on foot (30 minutes), or within a few minutes by bus or car. It is located in the town center, with a beautiful view of the church and castle ruins from the kitchen. Within a few minutes, you can reach the reservoir with a natural bathing area. Several hiking trails also start nearby, immersing you in the romantic Ilz landscape with castles, rocks, and narrow forest paths. The apartment itself is very well equipped, spacious, bright, and clean. We would love to come back.

Feel-good apartment
The house was located in a very beautiful spot. The rooms and the furnishings were top-notch. The landlady was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. There were towels in abundance, like I have never experienced before. We were 4 people and had a nice selection of bedrooms. I would recommend this vacation rental without reservation and would book it again immediately if I go to Passau.

I am an active, cosmopolitan and philanthropic Aquarius woman, born in 1952. A few years ago I trained as a pilgrimage guide and herbalist, which I still enjoy very much. I have been thinking that it would be nice to have life in the house again. I enjoy children laughing and shouting in the house and garden and any kind of socialising. My house and garden provide the perfect setting for this. In addition, the city of Passau and especially the most beautiful part of Passau, the formerly independent municipality of Hals, are always worth a visit. My cat and I look forward to your visit!
