Welcome to "Residenz Horumersiel". In the heart of Horumersiel and yet quiet! The apartment is located right on the village square, bakery, cafes, shops - all right next door and observable from the kitchen. At the same time, the spacious and well-insulated "Residenz Horumersiel" offers ample space for peace.
Available to you are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a welcoming living room with a large country-style kitchen, and a beautiful, large sun balcony with a beach chair. All bedrooms are equipped with a private TV. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the other two bedrooms each offer two single beds.
This includes two modern bathrooms. The main bathroom is not only equipped with a walk-in shower, but also with a whirlpool and your personal heat cabin. (Out of consideration for the environment and for fire safety, the heat cabin is linked to a coin-operated machine.) Simply insert €1/hour and off you go! This way, unused idle times are avoided and the sauna cannot be turned on unintentionally.
The white country-style kitchen offers everything needed on vacation. Space for cooking, baking, and chopping, a stove with 4 burners, an oven, a microwave, of course a dishwasher, and a spacious freezer compartment! A communal bicycle room in the courtyard provides space for your own bikes and charging options for your e-bikes. You can charge electric cars at the fastest charging station in Wangerland, located just a few minutes away at our "Seepark Hooksiel" - a perfect starting point for a walk by the beautiful Hooksmeer. Each apartment in the "Residenz Horumersiel" comes with a reserved, free parking space. In addition, there are two parking spaces available for use by all residents of the house. On the ground floor of the house, you will find a washing machine (4€/3h) and a dryer (free of charge). The devices are available to all guests of the house and also operate with a coin machine.
The ground-level apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed both by stairs and by elevator, allowing us to warmly welcome guests with mobility impairments or walkers! For guests with wheelchairs, apartments 1, 2, and 6 of the house are particularly suitable. Feel free to check them out if needed!

The "Residenz Horumersiel" is located in the centre of Horumersiel. The bakery, ice cream parlour, restaurants, bicycle rental and shops are right next door. The village square, and thus the centre of the village, is right on the doorstep. The beach, the harbour, the thermal baths, the rehabilitation centre and the spa administration are also within walking distance. All kinds of activities await you in the surrounding area. From countless cycle paths to surfing courses, water skiing, stand-up paddling, pedal boating, mudflat walks, football golf, pony rides, the castle museum and the Jever brewery, you will find it all.
