*The outdoor (ground floor level) offers a private, heated 40,5 sqm (9m x 4,5m) infinity swimming pool with hydromassage and fully automated salt electrolysis system, 8 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a few steps up a covered dining area for 8 people with very comfy chairs, a lounge corner and opened sea views also overlooking the villas. Behind the stylish and comfortable lounge corner takes you to the sun deck area and a traditional barbecue corner for your grill skills.
*The Rooftop outdoors offers a terrace (can be covered) with amazing sea views also overlooking the town Split offering a Hot -Tub (Whirlpool), two lounge chairs, and two deck chairs. A step inside behind the glass doors is a Finnish sauna, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen island with 4 bar stools, and air-conditioning. Approachable with an indoor staircase.
* The living area (53sqm) offers a stylish living area with flat-screen TV, A/C, a fireplace, sofas, direct exit to a covered outdoor dining area and pool; A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (microwave oven, coffee maker, a wine cooler, a toaster, a kettle...) and a dining table with spectacular sea views. A separate toilet.*At the lower ground floor approaching from the living area, you will find a 55sqm FUN ZONE with a Pool table, sofas, a flat-screen TV, PS5 and a Playseat, free WiFi, air conditioner, a summer kitchen with an ice maker and a kitchen island, a family Bathroom with a shower. A few steps up - the middle floor, takes you to the laundry with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing amenities.

Bedroom No3 (12sqm) is located on the 1,5st floor and offers a queen-size bed 160cm x 200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower (5sqm).
Bedroom No4 (12sqm) is located on the upper ground floor and offers two single beds 90cmx 200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower (5sqm).
Bedroom No5 (12sqm) is located on the lower ground floor/middle floor and offers a queen-size bed 160cm x 200cm, TV, A/C. (this bedroom uses a family bathroom next to the fun zone) .
There is a secured parking place on a private plot for 4 cars and a car is recommended. There is a video surveillance at the entrance.
