Spacious ground floor holiday flat with step-free access for 2 people in a bright and friendly atmosphere.the place Holtgast is tourist tax free.the kitchen is fully equipped. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine with thermos flask and microwave are at your disposal.the double bed has a back-friendly mattress and the slatted frame is adjustable.the cosy TV corner with satellite TV (55 inch), TV armchair and new leather couch invites you to relax in the living area. Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
The terrace with awning is located next to the entrance door.the car park is directly at the house as well as a lockable bicycle shed.the nearby forest invites you to walk, hike and cycle.a very well developed bicycle network makes it particularly suitable for cyclists.the bakery, where you can also have breakfast and the kiosk are only a few metres away.The town of Esens is only 2 km away, with a pedestrian zone and many small shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, and various coastal bathing resorts with healthy North Sea air can be reached quickly by e-bike or car.

Holtgast is a municipality in the collective municipality of Esens in the district of Wittmund in Lower Saxony. The municipality had about 1,750 inhabitants in 2016 and covers an area of 24 square kilometers. The name Holtgast stands for forest (holt) on the geest (gast). The municipality is located in the holiday region on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Holtgast lies on the road between Esens and Dornum. Near the holiday resort of Holtgast are the Schafhauser Forest and the town of Esens.
