Welcome to Villa La Palme, your perfect holiday destination in Fleury, d'Aude, Languedoc-Roussillon, in the sunny south of France. This charming holiday home was extensively renovated and modernised in style last year, it has 100 sqm of living space for up to six guests in three bedrooms and offers all the comfort you need for an unforgettable holiday.
Villa La Palme is surrounded by a well-tended, fully enclosed garden, with quiet, sunny and shady spots to choose from. Prepare a delicious barbecue on the grill and dine on the terrace overlooking the picturesque landscape. The private swimming pool provides refreshment. A private car park is available for your vehicle.
Inside, you will find a cosy interior with a fully equipped kitchen. In the bedrooms, comfortable beds and fly-screened windows ensure a restful night's sleep. Two bathrooms ensure that there is no congestion.
The living room has a cosy fireplace or the air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures even in the hot summer months. For entertainment, you will find a TV with multilingual channels, while free Wi-Fi access ensures that you are always online. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer round off the facilities.

Charming Fleury is located in the Narbonnaise nature reserve, Languedoc-Roussillon region, southern France. In just 8 minutes by car through the wonderful landscape of La Clape, you can reach the beautiful seaside resorts on the Mediterranean, Saint-Pierre la Mer and Narbonne Plage with 6.5 km of wide, fine sandy beaches or the wild beach of Les Cabanes. The blue flag -Pavillon bleu- is proof of the excellent quality of the water and the beach. In addition to swimming and sunbathing, the seaside resorts offer daily markets with fresh, regional products, restaurants and free cultural events for all ages.
Even without a car you are flexible in Fleury, within a 5-minute walk you can reach food markets, restaurants, playgrounds and sports fields, a bus takes you comfortably to the beach or to the culturally rich city of Narbonne.
The Garrigue invites you to go hiking, the Mediterranean to go surfing, motor boating or sailing. You can learn to sail or windsurf on the Etangs or take a kite surfing course. Well-developed cycle paths invite you to cycle, and there is a riding centre nearby where horses can be hired. From tennis courts, go-kart tracks, water paradise landscapes, climbing parks and golf courses, everything is on offer in the immediate vicinity.

Absolutely fantastic!
We spent 11 wonderful days in the house of Doro and Wolfgang and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a quiet place, and the pool in the garden is a pleasant alternative if you don't want to go to the sea. The house is very spacious, the kitchen and dining room are really well equipped, the decoration is both functional and charming, and you will find a wealth of documentation about the various activities offered in the Département Aude. Doro and Wolfgang also gave us many tips on a personal sightseeing tour, from beaches in the area to city visits and markets and restaurants. The two are wonderful people with a lot of warmth; you can immediately tell that they love this spot on earth. Such landlords are very hard to find today. We will return next year with great joy!!!

Great house, quiet location, top landlord
We had super beautiful 12 days.

Friendly, nice, accommodating.

Garden beautiful, nice pool, enclosed garden.
Top quiet location, no through traffic.
Many things within walking distance, bakery, a small grocery store, flower shop. Easily accessible by car, larger supermarkets.
Close to the beaches, a bit far on foot, but by car max. 15 min. Saint Pierre la Mer/Narbonne Plage.
Shopping centers in immediate vicinity.
We will come back.
