Welcome to Villa Aliki, your perfect holiday home in Xamoudochori. This villa offers space for up to 6 guests in 150 square metres of living space, spread over 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Villa Aliki is a comfortable 2-storey building with its own private pool and breathtaking views of the blue Cretan sea and the White Mountains.
The villa was built in 2018 in the style of a traditional Cretan stone house. The natural stone construction paired with dark wooden beams on the ceilings and door and window lintels create a warm and cosy atmosphere.
The villa has a large open-plan living, cooking and dining area and is very extensively equipped.
For barbecue enthusiasts, there is a BBQ grill, perfect for cosy evenings with family or friends.
The villa has several terraces which offer a marvellous view of the surroundings.
A highlight of the villa is the swimming pool, which offers a welcome way to cool off on hot days.
A car park is available for your vehicle.
The first bathroom and bedroom are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom and a further bedroom and bathroom are located on the 1st floor. Both bedrooms have direct access to the 1st floor terrace.
The living, cooking and dining area is on the ground floor.
In front of the main entrance there is a terrace with seating and a rustic BBQ grill. The terrace is covered by a pergola and the rustic wooden furniture invites you to enjoy a cosy morning meal or an atmospheric barbecue evening or dinner.
Between the kitchen and the swimming pool there is another covered seating area with an extra-large table and comfortable chairs. This area is covered with tiles and has direct access to the kitchen.
Inside, air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures.
Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided and in the bedrooms you will find comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.
A TV provides entertainment and thanks to Wi-Fi, you can stay connected while on holiday.
A washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a small safe for storing valuables and a first aid kit are also available to make your stay as pleasant and safe as possible.
The pool deck is equipped with 6 high-quality sun loungers and 4 small teak side tables and there is of course also a large parasol.

Xamoudochori is a small, traditional village in Crete, Greece. The village is located on the north coast - halfway between Chania and Kissamos.
Villa Aliki is located on the edge of the village and is surrounded by a large olive grove. The associated plot measures 2600 square metres.
The villa offers a breathtaking view of the blue Cretan sea and the White Mountains (Lefka Ori).
The special location and the large plot of land offer a very high degree of privacy.
At the same time, it is only a short distance from the surrounding tourist hotspots (Platanias, Agia Marina, Chania, ....) and the outstanding attractions such as Balos Beach, Phalasarna Beach, Elafonisi Beach, Samaria Gorge, excavations at the ancient site of Aptera and many more.

Hello, I am the owner of Villa Aliki and I am pleased that you would like to rent the villa. I fell in love with the country and its people on my very first visit to Crete. Five years ago a dream came true and I was able to have Villa Aliki rebuilt in the traditional style. Since then, I have constantly added to and optimised the furnishings and surroundings. Everything is now in very good condition. The equipment is practically as good as new and very extensive and everything works perfectly. With Isabelle and Christine I have two very competent and friendly ladies for the housekeeping and a professional company is entrusted with the pool service and ensuring the water quality in the pool. This means that everything is ready for your relaxed and carefree holiday.
