Description
Elegant detached villa with private swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) and breathtaking lake view, located in Cisano di Bardolino, in a very privileged position overlooking the public beach, just 1 km from the characteristic little harbour of Cisano with intimate restaurants and cafés.
Access to Villa Infinity is through the secondary entrance of a campsite. This includes a short drive through the campsite, and allows guests to have a privileged exit directly to the beach and lakefront via a stairway of the camping (opened 7.00 am to 7.00 pm)just a few steps from the villa .
The interior is spacious and bright, with high ceilings with exposed beams and refined architectural details.
The entrance opens onto the main living room, with a decorative stone fireplace, three comfortable sofas, a TV (no SAT) and a small library that allow the whole family to relax. The dining area, furnished with a wooden table and seating for up to 8 people, offers a panoramic view of the veranda and Lake Garda.
The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5-burner gas cooker, slicer, fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsule coffee machine.
Two sliding doors allow access to the well-kept garden and the large covered patio furnished with table and chairs for open-air dining. Villa Infinity boasts a private infinity pool overlooking the public beach and lake, a comfortable outdoor shower and sun loungers for guests' use.
In the sleeping area there are three bedrooms in classic style, furnished with chests of drawers or wardrobes. Two of them have a double bed, the third is furnished with two bunk beds with a convenient wooden staircase (total 4 beds). Two windowed bathrooms with sink, toilet, bidet, shower stall and washing machine complete the night area.
Air conditioning in every room and wifi available for guests.
Three uncovered parking spaces inside the property and bicycle rack.
Pets not allowed, non-smoking villa.

The total price consists in:
