Welcome to our charming holiday home "Maison La Drague" in Sérignan. This idyllic house can accommodate up to 5 guests in 68 square metres of living space, spread over 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and bathroom and kitchen. This unusual house is located on the edge of a large guarded car park of the town hall of Sérignan. It borders an open field and a small wood, making it a favourite with dog owners.
The inner courtyard of the house is secluded and borders directly on the embankment of the River Orb. A private staircase leads down to the private jetty. We like to use this as access to the largest swimming pool in Sérignan, which is always full even when there is little water!
The interior is warm and cosy, with a beautiful fireplace and bedroom windows overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is completely enclosed and has garden furniture and a barbecue. The bathroom is well equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine, and in the kitchen you will find everything the owners have purchased for cooking elaborate meals, although there is no dishwasher.
The property has its own car park directly in front of the house, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. Please note that this house is a non-smoking property.

- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

Hello, my family and I have been enjoying this exceptional house by the river with at least 1 dog for 25 years. It is fenced all round and is ideal for letting the dog run free and also for swimming together in the largest pool in Sérignan, the Orb. I only rent out a little from June to October as I am often down there myself. However, due to my age, travelling is now a little too difficult and too far for me, which is why I have put the house up for sale. It is a paradise for lovers of France who appreciate the natural beach of Sérignan, the lively life in the colourful village and the seclusion of my house. The house also has a boat mooring with direct access via the terrace steps and free access to the sea! AHOI
