Attractive residential complex located against the mountains that surround Lago Maggiore. Comprising around thirty dwellings in several different buildings, with modern furnishings. These are all fully equipped and make for a comfortable stay. Each dwelling features either a balcony or private terrace.
Marvellous views are afforded from this location since it is located above the lake, in particular the swimming pool with its lakeside panorama. Although this is a serene, isolated spot, close to the woods, it is a ca. 2km from the lake and a the town centre with its shops, bars and restaurants. The lake also boasts a comunal beach and motor boat, canoe, kayak and mountain bike hire. Several golf clubs and trekking routes are to be found in the vicinity.
This makes the perfect break for those in search of rest and relaxation, but also for those wishing to visit the lake and surrounding area. The climate is mild and is similar to that of the Ligurian Riviera.
Attractive residential complex with panoramic views. Featuring, amongst other things a swimming pool with views over Lago Maggiore. Offering a tranquil location and a comfortable atmosphere.
- The road from the lake to the residence is typical of rural lakeside zones, where terraced farmland once covered the area. This road is therefore somewhat narrow, although it may still be used. Please keep this in mind when driving.
- This residence is not suggested for people who have trouble with walking, since it is built against a hill and the apartments are partially reachable by stairs.

Very friendly staff, house ok but you could hear everything happening around the neighbors. You should only swim until 19:00, which we found very early, especially with the bad weather in that week.als still was even dry.

From stunning balcony views of Lag Maggiore. By winding road to reach. Quiet park Fine beds and sanitation. Many beaches along the lake. By steep hills and road along the lake not many hiking opportunities for beginners.

Had a very nice stay! Photos on the site when booking did not match the apartment we got. So something was disappointing. But the setting and location is really beautiful! From your terrace a magnificent view over the lake. The pool is lovely and well maintained!

The location of the villa is phenomenal. The unique and breathtaking view takes all objections described below any way. Yet it is we do not require that there are holes in the towels, there is dirt in the glass to be found, and that the glasses themselves are damaged, that the woodwork of the doors showing lesions, the sink dangerously skewed hanging in his outlines, the table in the living room rickety swaying in stirring the coffee and that by the absence of a manned reception on arrival our 8 month old baby in a much too small emergency cot have to sleep. We are not whiny constructed, so we had a fantastic holiday and enjoyed the view. It is the quality / price ratio that has led us. Contribution to this guestbook
