Description
Holiday home in quiet, idyllic location with direct access to Lake Rethorn. Large property (1500 sqm) with own jetty. (incl. canoe, surfboard). Newly built, completed in spring 2020.
The holiday home with approx. 100 sqm and 3 floors offers space for up to 6 people. On the upper floor a bedroom for 2 persons with own bathroom. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace for cosy evenings, cloakroom and bathroom with shower. In the basement there are 2 more bedrooms. One room with 2 single beds (can be made into one bed on request) and in the second room a double bed (140cm wide).
All furnishings are new and of high quality
Outside, large terrace incl. garden chairs/loungers
If required / interested, the following things can be used free of charge: Fishing equipment, canoe, surfboard.
Fishing directly from the property, jetty or also boat is allowed. Fishing licence not absolutely necessary.

The cottage is located in a very quiet location in the village of ret Horn. This village belongs to the municipality of Ganderkesee and lies close to the motorway A-28 between Oldenburg and #xD;

Ret is a very quiet place with several weekend houses and many small #xD;
The Lake directly at the cottage is the largest and also Kamener Lake or "Tone bar" is called.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 14 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation is free until 14 days before the arrival date. After that, up to 7 days before the arrival date, 20% of the rental price must be paid. For cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total rental fee is due. The reason for cancellation does not matter, nor does non-arrival/no stay. Exception: The state of Lower Saxony has issued an "accommodation ban" for vacation home rentals.

Great house on the lake
Very nice holiday home in a great location with private lake access and bathing jetty.
It doesn't get any better than this!
A rowing boat belongs to the house. The garden is really beautiful and invites you to relax. We were greeted and seen off very nicely.
We didn't want for anything. We will be very happy to come back.

Beautiful house on the lake
We spent a very relaxing holiday in the house by the lake and also enjoyed the nature very much.
We explored the surroundings with our bikes and visited Oldenburg and Bremen by car.
We have already booked again for next year.
Thank you very much for a lovely stay, we are looking forward to next year.
Thanks also for the nice care by Gabi and the spontaneous help of her son-in-law with problems with the rowing boat.

The perfect short holiday
Starting with the very pleasant, friendly and uncomplicated contact with the landlord and Mrs. Tittel, to a beautiful area all around and of course the house with the magnificent lake property, there were no wishes unfulfilled here! This great combination of tranquility, relaxation (and here coupled with absolute aesthetics through the house and property) but also art and culture represents the perfect (short) vacation for us! We are looking forward to a reunion in August now...

And at the end of the street stands a house by the lake.
Beautiful house by the lake, the landlord is nice and attentive, the place is small but nice, everything is there to spend a wonderful time in this great modern house. We will gladly come back.

Pure relaxation in a dreamlike location!
We were totally thrilled and had a dreamlike vacation. The modern house and the well-maintained property in a unique location directly by the lake invite you to rest and relax. There is no lack of anything both inside and outside, and you wake up in the morning with a beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom. Very nice and attentive landlord, who leaves nothing to be desired.
