On a spacious 65 m², the high-quality furnished apartment offers space for up to three adults and one child. It features a cozy living-bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed as well as a sofa bed with mattress, a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a modern, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and pleasant rain shower. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, and a fully automatic coffee machine. Upon your arrival, you will already find high-quality artisan coffee waiting for you – for a perfect start to the day. Of course, there is also plenty of crockery and pots available, in case you prefer to cook yourself – although Saarland is famous for its excellent cuisine! For additional comfort:

The apartment offers a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the fresh air and relax. A parking space is available for your vehicle. The terrace invites you to linger and offers a lovely view of the greenery. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, and fully automatic coffee machine, which make it easier for you to prepare your meals.
The holiday apartment Casa Viva1 is also suitable for long-term rentals. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and we offer a low-allergen environment. Craftsmen are also very welcome. The spacious kitchen is modern and fully equipped – with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, as well as a high-quality fully automatic coffee machine, which makes preparing your meals especially convenient.
For your stay, bed linen and towels are of course included. For your entertainment, a large smart TV is available. A washer-dryer is also located in the apartment and can be used exclusively by you – ideal for longer stays as well.
For families, we are happy to provide a baby crib and a high chair upon request. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, so you are always well connected. In addition, you will find a hairdryer as well as shower gel, soap, toilet paper, and cosmetic tissues. Quierschied is a charming place in Saarland, Germany. The apartment is located in the district of Fischbach, which is inviting for hiking and cycling. You have a wonderful view of the World Heritage site Camphausen. In the surrounding area, numerous well-developed and varied hiking trails begin, some of regional significance. The landscape is shaped by the heritage of the mining industry. On the Tour d'Energie, cyclists learn a great deal about climate change in the areas of mountains, forests, and the sun along approximately 12 km. Also, the 264 km long Route Velo visavis runs here.
The nearby capital, Saarbrücken, can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Here you can shop extensively in a mall; also, the Zweibrücken Outlet Center is just 20 minutes away.
Saarland has many other interesting sights to offer. The Sulzbach Hospital is easily accessible within a 5-minute drive.

Perfect vacation apartment!
We were only there for one night, but we would have liked to stay longer!
The furnishings and cleanliness in this apartment were very impressive. The hosts really thought of everything one might need, and everything is of very good quality (e.g., the kitchen utensils). Although the apartment is located in the basement of a house, enough daylight comes in, especially on the kitchen side.
The apartment is spacious, with a pleasant layout (e.g. with a dining area by the window in the kitchen);
the bed did have a rather soft mattress (as I read in another review), but for me it was not too soft, and the sofa bed offers an alternative harder surface for people who are used to something firmer. The curtains really block out any daylight, unlike most vacation rentals or hotel rooms.
Since the surroundings are also very quiet, one can sleep well! The bathroom is perfect, with a showerhead with mist effect, very pleasant!
The private parking right in front of the house is also a pleasure for everyone from larger cities :-)
In summary, we would book this holiday apartment again next time in the region!

Die Matratzen im Boxspringbett haben 2 Härtegrade, man kann diese wenden - bei einer Nacht hat sich die Gelegenheit des Austausches nicht ergeben.
