Welcome to my charming holiday home "House on Lake Arenal" in Nuevo Arenal, Costa Rica. With a living space of 180 square metres, our house offers space for up to 6 guests. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which is sheltered on the terrace.
The house is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. There is a carport and additional parking spaces if you are travelling with several vehicles. The garden is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery while you prepare a barbecue on the grill. The terrace offers breathtaking views of Lake Arenal and the surrounding mountains.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. Bed linen is provided and there is a TV for your entertainment. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available so you don't have to worry about laundry. The house has Wi-Fi so you can always stay connected. Long-term rentals are possible and the house is allergy-friendly.
The house is surrounded by stunning natural scenery. You can start the day with a walk through the surrounding woods or admire the local flora and fauna. Inside the house, wooden floors and cosy furnishings create a warm and inviting ambience. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a marvellous view of the surrounding countryside.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away, where you can go for a swim.
The Pacific coast can be reached in approx. 90 minutes, e.g. for a day trip.
The bathrooms are all equipped with hot water, which is rather unusual. The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. Watch your favourite shows or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.
This house on Lake Arenal is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. There are no direct neighbours, but plenty of peace and quiet. The rainforest borders directly on the property

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
