Welcome to our approx. 70 m² 3-room holiday flat in the "Haus Strandnixe" holiday complex in Cuxhaven-Döse! Just 200 m from the beach and beach house, the holiday flat is located on the 1st floor (lift available) and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Medical care and a holiday dialysis practice are also located in Haus Strandnixe. During the season you have your own beach chair on the Döser sandy beach!
You have two separate BEDROOMS, one with a double bed and one with a large single bed and a pull-out sofa bed.
You can make yourself comfortable in the bright and spacious LIVING ROOM with dining area and plenty of seating. From the living room you also have direct access to the large balcony.
The separate KITCHEN leaves nothing to be desired. A dishwasher is just as much a matter of course as a fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee machine, an additional Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You can enjoy your first coffee in the morning in the kitchen's integrated breakfast corner.
WLAN is included. A 43" LCD TV and a hi-fi system with internet radio as well as books and games provide entertainment.
The bathroom with shower/WC has been completely renovated and has a modern design, a hairdryer is available.
You have a fixed parking space in the car park in front of the house. There are coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement.
The rental office is only a few metres away from the holiday complex. You will receive the house keys there on arrival. We look forward to your visit to Haus Strandnixe in Cuxhaven-Döse!

Cuxhaven is one of the most popular holiday destinations on the German North Sea coast. The district of Döse begins at the very top of the northern tip with the Kugelbake as the town's landmark. Great cycling and hiking trails await you. Cuxhaven has a total of 12 kilometres of sandy and green beaches. The Wadden Sea UNESCO World Heritage Site is right on the doorstep. The World Shipping Route gives the maritime town a special flair, and nowhere else is it easier to watch ships than in Cuxhaven.

Everything's great
The apartment is more than recommendable. Clean, modern, bright, and friendly. Only, and this is complaining at a very high level and my personal assessment, the parking spaces are very tight and I don't drive an SUV. We would and will definitely come back and would recommend it to friends and family. ❤️
