Something more than just a holiday flat!
The lovingly furnished holiday cottage is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the upper Danube valley,
in the small, wild and romantic Neidingen (part of Hausen im Tal/ Beuron).
The former granary of my great-grandmother was completely renovated with a lot of love and personal commitment
and transformed into a cosy and comfortable holiday home.
You will enjoy absolute peace and freedom, a place to relax and unwind....
The approx. 100 square metres are divided into :
A well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, Internet CD/radio
and wood-burning stove.
A cosy living room with Sat HD TV and small CD player.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms for 2 persons each.
The roof windows can be darkened with roller blinds.
The bright bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, don't worry, the shower curtain is always freshly washed :-) Separate WC.
The house also has a lovely terrace with plenty of garden furniture.
The house is a non-smoking house
Preferential letting to 2 persons between periods.
Welan is available.
I do not charge for the final cleaning, but I would like the house to be left tidy.
The minimum stay is 7 nights.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the upper Danube valley between Beuron and Sigmaringen, the Upper Danube Nature Park.
Worthwhile excursion destinations are nearby, Sigmaringen Castle, Beuron Monastery, Lake Constance and the Swabian Alb are just a few examples.

Cozy holiday home
We spent 9 relaxing days in Beuron and the impressive surroundings. The cozy holiday home is quietly located near the forest with the hiking trails and the Beuron monastery. It is qualitatively very good and equipped with charm. The beds were good, meaning not too soft or too hard. Two things are worth mentioning, but they did not bother us: there is a relatively steep staircase leading to the bedrooms on the first floor, and there is no microwave in the kitchen. The house is surrounded by a lovely little garden, and on the 'bench' in front of the entrance, we enjoyed our tea time. We had an uncomplicated and friendly contact with the host. We can absolutely recommend the house and would be happy to return.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus
We enjoyed 10 wonderful vacation days at the holiday house at the well. The house offers everything you need and has a lot of charm. We are fascinated by all the loving details in the garden as well as in the house. Very well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room, nice shower. The beds in the upstairs bedroom are very comfortable. Neidingen is a quiet place, the way to the nearest bike path along the Danube is quickly reached. We will definitely come back.
