Welcome to our lovingly furnished, approx. 55 m² 3-room holiday flat in the Residenz Passat in Cuxhaven-Döse! Just 150 m from the beach and beach house, the holiday flat is located on the 3rd floor (lift available) and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. During the season you have your own beach chair on the sandy beach in Döse!
You have a separate BEDROOM with two single beds and a south-east facing balcony.
The LIVING ROOM is furnished with a couch (can be used as a 150 x 209 cross sleeper if required), two armchairs and a dining area with four chairs. From the dining area of the living room you have a great view to the side of the North Sea and almost to the island of Neuwerk.
A staircase from the living room takes you to the open ROOF and thus to the third room, which is also furnished with two single beds.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A dishwasher is just as much a matter of course as a fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee machine, an additional Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
WLAN is also included. A 43" LCD smart TV (internet-enabled) and a hi-fi system (internet radio, DAB+, FM radio, CD, MP3, Bluetooth, USB) as well as books, audio books and games provide entertainment.
The bathroom with shower/WC has been completely renovated and modernised, a hairdryer is available. The in-house SWIMMING POOL with counter-current system and daylight as well as the Finnish SAUNA can of course be used free of charge.
You have a fixed parking space on the car park. There are coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement. In the underground car park you have your own lockable cellar, which you can use to store your bicycles, suitcases etc. (with power connection e.g. for e-bikes). Directly in front of the house is a lawn with play equipment for children.
The rental office is only a few metres away from the holiday complex. You will receive the house keys there on arrival. We look forward to your visit to the Residenz Passat in Cuxhaven-Döse!

Cuxhaven is one of the most popular holiday destinations on the German North Sea coast. The district of Döse begins at the very top of the northern tip with the Kugelbake as the town's landmark. Great cycling and hiking trails await you. Cuxhaven has a total of 12 kilometres of sandy and green beaches. The Wadden Sea UNESCO World Heritage Site is right on the doorstep. The World Shipping Route gives the maritime town a special flair, and nowhere else is it easier to watch ships than in Cuxhaven.

Here is the translation to English: Up to 10 days after receipt of confirmation: free of charge, up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the total rent, from 44 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total rent, from 21 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the total rent. A one-time cancellation fee of €50.00 will be charged for each cancellation.

Bicycle hire at the Kurparkresidenz in Döse: For all H&P guests: 10% discount on normal bicycles.

Holiday apartment in Cuxhaven
The apartment is tastefully furnished and well equipped. We also really liked the pool and sauna in the basement. There is a parking space for the car, and the beach is only about 50 m away.
