Built at the end of 2001, this mid-terrace house offers space for six people and has been furnished with great attention to detail.
It is close to the centre of Hooksiel. Everything is within easy walking distance. Bicycle hire, bakery and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
The living space is approx. 75 square metres. On the fully tiled ground floor there is a small hallway with cloakroom, the guest WC
Guest WC, the living room with cosy seating area, large LCD flat-screen TV with digital reception (HD),
a DVD player, a radio and a dining area with seating for 6.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The shower room and the two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. The 3rd bedroom is located in the pointed roof, which can be reached via a room-saving staircase.
The rooms are fitted with laminate flooring. A cot and high chair are available free of charge for younger guests.
The wonderfully quiet terrace lets you forget the stress of everyday life. Garden furniture and a barbecue can be found in the storage room.
A car parking space is available.
