Situated in a beautiful complex directly on the village pond. Only 350 m from the beach and 300 m from the golf course. Close to all shopping facilities and one of the best delicatessens on Sylt (100 m).

Kitchen/dining area: High-quality built-in brand kitchen with silestone worktop, induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, broom and hoover cupboard, espresso machine, toaster and other kitchen appliances. Kitchen appliances and numerous kitchen utensils in mint condition.
Dining table and chairs by Thonet.
Bedroom: Cosy on the roof level with a 1.80 m wide double bed and a view of the starry sky and towards the village pond.
Balcony: Sunny west balcony with table and beautiful view of the sunset.
Bathroom: completely new with shower and comfort washbasin.
A parking space is available on the property. A washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee in the rooms provided for this purpose.
The holiday flat is located in the centre of Wenningstedt - only a few metres away from the idyllic village pond, surrounded by trees and greenery and designed by architects in Cape Cod style. It is only 350 m to the beach as well as to well-known restaurants such as "Gosch". High-quality furnishings with technical know-how and well thought-out floor plans create a quality of living at the best level.
Wenningstedt is situated on the edge of the dune landscape on the "Red Cliff". Below the cliff, a sandy beach runs the entire length of the village, which has guarded bathing beaches as well as separate dog beaches.
The village pond is an attraction in the centre of Wenningstedt. This pond forms a haven of peace in the middle of the village between the main road and the Friesenkapelle chapel. Around the village pond are houses with thatched roofs and restaurants with outdoor terraces.

Sylt feeling!

Sylt in winter - wonderful!
Sylt is an insider tip in winter! On New Year's Eve, all the shops and restaurants are open, we had wonderful days by the sea, even enchanted with a little snow!
The flat is ideal for this: well furnished, wifi works great, everything is cosy in Nordic style. You can drive to Westerland and Kampen in no time and the village pond and the beach are within walking distance behind the house or around the corner.
Worth a recommendation!

wonderful holiday!
everything to our utmost satisfaction - and Sylt really is the most beautiful island of all! You can find something for every taste, peace and quiet and hustle and bustle, delicious restaurants, the sea just around the corner. We also felt really comfortable in the flat, unfortunately it is no longer available in high summer, but we are now testing the autumn, when it is supposed to be warm and sunny for a long time - or we will experience a storm tide...

...danke, ja die Sommertage sind immer schnell ausgebucht aber dieses Jahr haben wir im August (12.-23.8.17) spontan noch etwas frei, weil leider andere Gäste aus Krankheitsgründen nicht kommen können. Vielleicht passt es ja!

Sylt is worth a trip!
...we will definitely come back and can only recommend this accommodation! The photos are nice, but the reality exceeds them even more! and even on a rainy day, it is so cozy and everything you need is just around the corner, that relaxation couldn't be better.
