Description
This centrally located, family-friendly flat is situated on the edge of Rosolina Mare in the Acquamarina residence. The complex is largely surrounded by woodland and therefore offers plenty of peace and quiet. Nevertheless, you can get everywhere quickly! The residence's pool can be used free of charge. The wide, fine sandy beach of Rosolina Mare is just a few minutes' walk away. Various restaurants, shops and cafés are in the immediate vicinity. The beach is the meeting point for young and old and offers entertainment, catering and playgrounds.
The flat is located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people (overcrowding with a baby in a travel cot is possible on request). The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The double sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more. The well-equipped kitchen is also located in the living area and has crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a fridge with freezer compartment, an espresso pot and a gas hob. A microwave or filter coffee machine can be requested. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin. The balcony with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam by the pool or in the playground. The flat is equipped with air conditioning. A TV is available. Wifi, bed linen, towels or a travel cot can be booked for a fee (please reserve when booking). Barbecuing is permitted. A car park is included in the price. Travelling time from the Italian border approx. 3.5 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 01.06.-06.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday. In the remaining period, the minimum length of stay is 4 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful and large sandy beach can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. There you can hire sunbeds and parasols and enjoy the playground, entertainment, bar and sports facilities. If you prefer to set up your own parasol on a free beach, that's no problem! There is a large free beach right next door where this is possible. The sea is ideal for families with small children, as the beach is shallow and allows them to play in the shallow water. In addition, lifeguards ensure your safety every day.
POOL
The residence has a well-organised pool with a children's pool, which is available to you free of charge.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
The flat is very suitable for families with small children, as it is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches of Rosolina Mare. The residence's own pool offers guests a great opportunity to soak up the sun and cool off from time to time. There are playgrounds on the beach and entertainment is provided throughout the day in high season. You only have to plan a few minutes' walk to get to the centre. Rosolina Mare has many shopping facilities and is very popular for strolling around in the evening or enjoying a delicious ice cream.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Rosolina Mare is a town where a lot of emphasis is placed on sports facilities. You can practise various sports on the beaches. It also has very beautiful cycle paths and footpaths.

Shopping facilities are within walking distance.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by, allowing you to cook for yourself if you wish. Of course, you also have the opportunity to indulge in culinary delights in one of the restaurants around the holiday flat. The varied Italian cuisine awaits you.

1 dog up to medium size (max. 20kg) allowed. Large dogs or 2 dogs are on request. Pets must be registered accordingly when booking.

LOCATION
The flat is very centrally located in the holiday resort of Rosolina Mare. The beach can also be reached in just a few minutes. From Rosolina Mare you can visit various sights or tourist resorts. In short, no matter what you are looking for, everything is within easy reach.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Rosolina Mare is located around 40 kilometres south of Venice on the beautiful Adriatic coast. Rosolina Mare enchants with its unique landscape, between sea, pine forest, the mouth of the river Adige and the lagoon of the Po Delta. The habitats of the Po Delta are fascinatingly diverse, rich in wildlife and rare plant species. Between valleys, lagoons, dunes and wetlands, you will discover flora and fauna that will make an organised or individual trip to the Po Delta an unforgettable experience. Rosolina Mare also has a large selection of shops, restaurants and gelaterias. The nightlife with pubs and street performers is a cosy way to end the day. A wide, family-friendly promenade and a park can also be found in the centre. A plethora of cultural events are organised during the holiday season, while fans of sea excursions can also go mackerel fishing. Rosolina Mare is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. You can reach famous art cities such as Venice or Padua in a short time. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, just half an hour away. It is not called Little Venice for nothing. The palaces and canals with their many bridges are reminiscent of Venice. However, the lifestyle in Chioggia is much more leisurely. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also well worth a visit. For those who prefer a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus swimming fun!!!) in Ravenna.
