Description
This central and family-friendly flat is located in the Mediterraneo residence in Rosolina Mare. The complex is located near the forest and therefore offers plenty of peace and quiet. Thanks to the central location, you can still get everywhere quickly! The residence's pool can be used. The wide, fine sandy beach of Rosolina Mare is just a few minutes' walk away. Various restaurants, shops and cafés are in the immediate vicinity. The beach is the meeting point for young and old and offers entertainment, catering and playgrounds.
The comfortably furnished holiday home Villetta offers space for a maximum of 6 people and is split over two floors. The bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor, and the parents' room has a small balcony. A bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds or a bunk bed are available to guests. The sofa bed in the living room offers two more beds. This is equipped with a dining area, satellite TV (can be rented) and an integrated kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a cooker, pots, crockery, cutlery and a fridge. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, WC and washbasin. Air conditioning is available in some flats, please book in advance. The garden with table, chairs and fireplace invites you to relax in a cosy atmosphere. A car park is included in the price. If you are travelling with a small child and require a baby cot, please reserve this when booking. Journey time from the Italian border approx. 3.5 hours. For the 2024 season, the pool area is included in the price and can therefore be used free of charge. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 01.06.-06.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday. In the remaining period, the minimum length of stay is 4 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful and wide sandy beach can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. There you can hire sunbeds and parasols and enjoy the playground, bar and sports facilities. If you prefer to set up your own parasol on a free beach, that's no problem! There is a large free beach right next door where this is possible. The sea is ideal for small children as it is shallow and therefore allows them to play in the shallow water. In addition, lifeguards ensure their safety every day.
POOL
The pool, with children's pool and small slide, is at your disposal in the residence. For the 2024 season, the pool area is included in the price and can therefore be used freely. Sun loungers and parasols are available around the pool.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
The flat is very suitable for families with small children as it is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches of Rosolina Mare. There are playgrounds on the beach and, in high season, entertainment is provided throughout the day. To get to the centre, you only have to plan a few minutes' walk. Rosolina Mare has many shopping facilities and is very popular for strolling around in the evening or enjoying a good ice cream.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Rosolina Mare is a town where a lot of emphasis is placed on sports facilities. You can practise various sports on the beaches. It also has very beautiful cycle paths and footpaths.
SHOPPING
Shopping facilities are within walking distance.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and a fridge. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. Of course you also have the possibility to eat in one of the restaurants around the holiday flat. The varied Italian cuisine awaits you.

LOCATION
The flat is very centrally located in the holiday resort of Rosolina Mare. The beach can be reached in a few minutes. From Rosolina Mare you can visit various sights or tourist resorts. In short, no matter what you are looking for, everything is within easy reach.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Rosolina Mare is located around 40 kilometres south of Venice on the beautiful Adriatic coast. Rosolina Mare enchants with its unique landscape, between sea, pine forest, the mouth of the river Adige and the lagoon of the Po Delta. The habitats of the Po Delta are fascinatingly diverse, rich in wildlife and rare plant species. Between valleys, lagoons, dunes and wetlands, you will discover flora and fauna that will make an organised or individual trip to the Po Delta an unforgettable experience. Rosolina Mare also has a large selection of shops, restaurants and gelaterias. The nightlife with pubs and street performers is a cosy way to end the day. A wide, family-friendly promenade and a park can also be found in the centre. A plethora of cultural events are organised during the holiday season, while fans of sea excursions can also go mackerel fishing. Rosolina Mare is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. You can reach famous art cities such as Venice or Padua in a short time. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, just half an hour away. It is not called Little Venice for nothing. The palaces and canals with their many bridges are reminiscent of Venice. However, the lifestyle in Chioggia is much more leisurely. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also well worth a visit. For those who prefer a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus swimming fun!!!) in Ravenna.
