Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Fabulous holiday resort near Rome, nestled in beautiful natural surroundings. The holiday village is in an idyllic and quiet location around 20 kilometres from Rome. The holiday complex has a large, modern swimming pool complex with a pool, water games, water slides and a lagoon for children. The many sunbathing areas around the two pools ensure complete relaxation and pleasant sunbathing. Children have a large playground with trampolines at their disposal, where they can have fun with the help of the entertainment team. There is also entertainment for teenagers and adults and the great mini-golf course provides variety on holiday. In addition, the young and motivated entertainment team provides various types of entertainment. Tennis, football and beach volleyball courts are available for sports enthusiasts. A restaurant, a take-away, an ice cream parlour, a bar and a supermarket also ensure a pleasant stay. The resort also has an ATM and a doctor. Wifi is available in the holiday complex. Coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers are available.
The elegant and stylish Hu Stay Easy L Plus mobile home offers space for a maximum of 6 people (including at least 1 child up to 12 years of age). The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds and a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, each equipped with a washbasin, WC, hairdryer and shower. If required, the sofa bed in the combined living and dining area offers an additional sleeping option. The well-equipped kitchenette in the living area has a gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a microwave, a filter coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment. The furnished and covered seating area with two loungers invites you to relax and linger together, while the children can let off steam by the pool and make new friends. Air conditioning, a safe and a parking space are already included in the rental price. Bed linen and a first set of towels are also included. A made-up bed awaits you on arrival. The accommodation is also equipped with a gas barbecue, so that nothing stands in the way of a barbecue evening with family and friends. Families with small children also have the option of hiring a travel cot or high chair on site (please reserve both when booking) The journey time from the Italian border is approx. 6 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrivals and departures are possible daily throughout the season. In the period from 29.06.-23.08.2024 the minimum stay is 7 nights. During the rest of the season, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
You can easily reach the beach, which is around 10 kilometres away, by car. Lido di Ostia has a beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach, which invites you to swim, relax and have fun. Sun loungers and parasols can also be hired on site, so that the trip offers complete relaxation. Sanitary facilities and a beach bar are also available and invite you to enjoy a cool drink in the shade of the bar.
POOL
Holiday guests have access to a beautiful and extremely spacious swimming pool area with a large swimmer's pool and a lagoon with water games for the little ones. The small slides also provide fun for young and old. There is a baby pool with shallow water for the very little ones. Sun loungers are available around the pools for your relaxation. For a cool, tasty refreshment or a small snack in between, there is the bar, which is located by the pools and is open from morning to evening.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
If you wish, you can spend pleasant moments in the company of the entertainment team. A young, motivated entertainment team will entertain you with a wide range of activities. For your children, there is a mini club that will keep them busy during the day and provide exciting and fun entertainment for young and old in the evenings. The family-friendly resort also has a large playground with trampolines and slides where your children can really let off steam. For sporty guests, there is a tennis court, a beach volleyball court, a mini-golf course, table tennis tables and a football pitch. How about a go-kart ride? Or a few jumps on the trampoline? At the Fabulous holiday park, the go-kart track offers its young and older guests some exhilarating fun! The holiday park has a cash machine. A doctor is available every day. Guided day trips to Rome, Tivoli, Villa D'Este, Scavi di Ostia Antica, Napoli and Pompei are organised directly from reception.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice. Whether tennis, football, beach volleyball or table tennis, there are plenty of options. There is also an exciting go-kart track where you can let off steam. For younger guests, there is a trampoline park that provides all the fun. The mini golf course offers fun for the whole family!
SHOPPING
The holiday resort has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items. There is also a small bazaar.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a microwave, a filter coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment. If you don't want to cook for yourself every day but would like to indulge in culinary delights, we recommend one of the restaurants in the holiday complex. There is also a take-away, an ice cream parlour, a pool bar and a regular bar where you can enjoy a delicious cocktail. If you would prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (no pre-booking necessary).

A maximum of 2 small pets are allowed in the designated accommodation, subject to notification at the time of booking.

LOCATION
The holiday complex is located close to Rome and is particularly suitable for visiting Rome or taking a great trip to the beach at Lido di Ostia. The holiday complex is completely surrounded by beautiful nature. There is a small suburb of Rome next to the great holiday complex, which can be easily reached on foot and is ideal for a little stroll. There is also a chargeable shuttle service from the holiday park directly to Rome airport.
