Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Rosapineta holiday complex in Rosolina Mare. The holiday village is located directly by the sea and has a beach reserved for its guests, surrounded by greenery at the far end of the Po Delta Park, close to Chioggia-Venice and Pomposa-Ravenna. In addition to a children's pool and swimming pool, the holiday complex has a mini club/entertainment for children and an entertainment programme for adults. A playground, a wide range of sports activities, restaurants, bars, a supermarket and a bazaar are just some of the facilities on offer. WIFI is available free of charge. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests. A day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus swimming fun!!!) in Ravenna is ideal for those who just want to have fun.
The accommodation "Chalet C2" for max. 3 persons consists of a combined living room and bedroom with two beds next to each other (with three persons, an extra bed is put in). The well-equipped kitchenette has crockery, cutlery and pans as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. Air conditioning is included. TV available. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort. A travel cot and high chairs (for a fee) are also available (please reserve when booking). Barbecues are permitted at the public barbecue area. Travelling time from ital. Border approx. 4h. Half or full board can be booked on site on request. Car park included. Each flat has two sun loungers and a parasol. Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays throughout the season, the minimum length of stay is 7 nights. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The wide, gently sloping sandy beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex is particularly suitable for families with small children. Guests can enjoy a wide range of water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and pedal boating. There is also a beach volleyball court on the beach. The ideal place to relax and sunbathe, build a sandcastle or take part in one of the many sports activities. A quick snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the beach bar, which is open from morning to evening and offers an inviting, refreshingly tasty range of dishes. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.
POOL
Holidaymakers have two beautiful pool areas at their disposal, each with a children's pool and a pool for swimmers. You can relax and enjoy the sun on the large sunbathing areas. The pools are located on terraces in a slightly elevated position, so you can enjoy the view of the sea.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
During the summer months of June-August, a group of experienced animators will liven up your stay in a gentle way. The animation team offers entertainment with competitions, games, dancing and various events, let yourself be surprised. There is a mini club for children aged 4 to 9 (and a junior club for older children in high season). Your children will have lots of fun and the opportunity to make lots of new friends. There is a wide range of sports activities for those who want to get active. Tennis, football, five-a-side football, beach volleyball and basketball. There is also a bowling alley and a lovely mini-golf course. Horse riding nearby.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice. Tennis, football, five-a-side football, beach volleyball and basketball are just a few of the options. There is also a bowling alley and a beautiful mini-golf course. Windsurfing, sailing boats, pedalos and canoes can be hired on the beach. Bicycle hire is also available.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items. There are also several shops where you can buy newspapers, toys, tobacco products and clothes.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. If you don't want to cook for yourself every evening, you can treat yourself to culinary delights in one of the restaurants. If you would prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (no pre-booking necessary).
PETS
Up to two pets are welcome in the designated accommodation, subject to notification at the time of booking. There is a designated area on the beach where dogs can also be taken. In this holiday village you will find a special ice cream parlour for dogs. (Bringing a second dog is possible, costs Euro 11 per day).

LOCATION
The holiday complex borders directly on the beach and is therefore ideal for families with small children.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Rosolina Mare is located about 40 kilometres south of Venice on the beautiful Adriatic coast. Rosolina Mare enchants with its unique landscape, between the sea, the pine forest, the mouth of the Adige river and the Po Delta lagoon. The habitats of the Po Delta are fascinatingly diverse, rich in wildlife and rare plant species. Between valleys, lagoons, dunes and wetlands, you will discover flora and fauna that will make an organised or individual trip to the Po Delta an unforgettable experience. Rosolina Mare also has a large selection of shops, restaurants and gelaterias. The nightlife with pubs and street performers is a cosy way to end the day. A wide, family-friendly promenade and a park can also be found in the centre. A plethora of cultural events are organised during the holiday season, while fans of sea excursions can also go mackerel fishing. Rosolina Mare is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. You can reach famous art cities such as Venice or Padua in a short time. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, just half an hour away. It is not called Little Venice for nothing. The palaces and canals with their many bridges are reminiscent of Venice. However, the lifestyle in Chioggia is much more leisurely. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also well worth a visit. If you prefer a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus swimming fun!!!) in Ravenna.
