Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the 4-star Cavallino holiday resort in Cavallino-Treporti. The holiday village is located directly on the Adriatic beach in the Gulf of Venice. The great, wide sandy beach guarantees a successful beach holiday for the whole family and has also been awarded the blue flag for years. The children build sandcastles, look for shells and splash around in the sea while the grown-ups snooze in the sun and get a tan. The site is beautifully tucked away in a nature park with a campsite and many conifers and olive trees. In addition to a lovely children's pool and swimming pool, the holiday complex also has a mini club/entertainment for children and an entertainment programme for adults. As well as a great playground, a variety of sports activities, restaurants, market and bazaar, the holiday complex also has a well-equipped sandy beach. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests (for a fee). The "Aqualandia" water park and the "Jesolandia" amusement park are not far from the holiday resort in Jesolo. Thanks to its favourable geographical location, you can easily visit Venice.
The Baia Comfort accommodation offers space for a maximum of 4 people and has a bedroom with a double bed and adjoining WC and washbasin. The second room has two single beds. The living area has a sofa bed and TV. The functional kitchen is also located in the living area and has crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, an Italian espresso pot and a fridge with freezer compartment. The second bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Final cleaning is included if you arrive without pets and if the accommodation is left tidy, as well as a clothes horse and car park. Air conditioning is available and can be activated for an extra charge. Barbecuing is permitted with an electric or gas barbecue, you must bring your own barbecue. Breakfast, half board or full board can be booked on site on request. Note: If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 13.07.-30.08.2024 the minimum stay is 7 nights (daily arrival and departure possible). In the period from 16 May to 12 July 2024 and from 31 August to 13 September 2024, the minimum stay is 5 nights (daily arrival and departure possible). During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrivals possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The wide, fine-grained sandy beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex has both a private beach with sun loungers and parasols and a large free sandy beach. The gently sloping beach is particularly suitable for families with small children. The ideal place to relax and sunbathe or build a sandcastle with the children. Footpaths on the beach up to the sunshades guarantee access with pushchairs. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.
POOL
The fantastic swimming pool area consists of a children's pool with fun water games and slides. The pool area also has a pool for adults with massage jets. The two whirlpool pools guarantee complete relaxation for adult guests. Here, too, lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
In low and high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. You can start in the morning with morning gymnastics, aqua-gym or games on the beach. Throughout the day there are many activities, games and competitions. The entertainment team will keep your children busy and having fun all day long at the Mini Club. The evenings are also full of activities, from baby dance for the little ones to shows, cabaret and group dances for the older guests. Let the entertainment team surprise you. If you want to get active, you have a wide choice. From beach volleyball, football, table tennis and boccia to aerobics and water gymnastics courses.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice. Whether it's aqua-gym, beach volleyball, football, table tennis or boccia, there are plenty of options. Cycling enthusiasts will find many paths and circuits outside the resort that are ideal for this sport. Bike hire is available.
SHOPPING
The holiday resort has a grocery shop where you can find fresh food and a wide range of everyday items, as well as a bazaar where you can buy beach items, newspapers and souvenirs.
FOOD
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. You can also indulge in culinary delights in the restaurant or pizzeria. If you prefer to eat in your accommodation or on your terrace, both also offer take-away food. If you would prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (no pre-booking necessary).
PETS
A maximum of 2 pets up to medium size are allowed in the accommodation provided. If the dogs are very small, you can ask at the time of booking whether two dogs are allowed as an exception. Please note: The dog must be registered at the time of booking. The final cleaning per holiday property must be paid for when bringing dogs.

The holiday resort borders directly on the fine sandy beach and is therefore ideal for families with small children.

Cavallino Treporti impresses with its fantastic beach, which has been awarded the blue flag for the tenth time in a row. You can also savour Italian delicacies in the various restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. Another highlight is certainly the fact that the food all comes from Cavallino or from the neighbourhood of Cavallino and you always have fresh ingredients on your plate. Explore the fantastic dunes, the various footpaths or the sandy beach on foot or by bike. Cavallino Treporti is also in a flight-free zone, so you will also find plenty of peace and quiet outdoors without the noise of aircraft. From Punta Sabbioni you can see Venice, which is only a short distance from the peninsula. Board a boat in Punta Sabbioni and glide across the sea directly to Venice! Great impressions and wonderful pictures await you! Get into the romantic mood on a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleyways, cross the Rialto Bridge and visit the Piazza di San Marco and the famous Doge's Palace. Would you like to try your hand at gambling? Then we recommend a visit to the Venice casino. The "Aqualandia" water park, which is much more than a classic water park - it is a real amusement island divided into themed areas with 26 attractions in the water, including the longest water slide in the world and above water, including the highest bungee tower in Europe - is definitely worth a visit. An amusement park for children and teenagers can be found in "Jesolandia", which is also located in Jesolo. If you prefer something a little more leisurely, head to Sealife, which is also located in Jesolo. If you want to treat yourself to a fresh drink after a long and action-packed day out with your children, there are plenty of nightclubs in Jesolo that will enchant your night. If you are interested in harbours, boats and fishing, Cavallino Treporti is the right place for you! There are several smaller and larger harbours here, which are well equipped and from where you can go on boat trips in all directions. Whether on foot, by bike or on the water, the landscape around the peninsula is beautiful and should definitely be explored. Every Tuesday morning there is a great weekly market in Via Fausta in Cavallino. There you will find everything your heart desires! From food to clothing - you can shop here in a great atmosphere. Italy is known for its good food, in Cavallino Treporti you can enjoy local specialities that come directly from the region! Fish, meat and vegetables are grown and harvested by local farmers and turned into delicious delicacies by the restaurants in the area!
