Description
This family-friendly accommodation is located in the Residence Rosa dei Venti holiday complex. The holiday village is not far from Cecina. A pretty little town that brings you closer to Italian culture and also offers a typical Italian market once a week. The sea can be reached through a pine forest, making the holiday complex ideal for families. The numerous facilities and well-kept grounds make this an ideal place to spend your holiday. In addition to a children's pool, the complex also has a large swimming pool with massage jets and a waterfall, a great playground and a mini club/entertainment programme for children. There is also an entertainment programme for adults, as well as a wide range of sports facilities, a restaurant and a bar. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holidaymakers.
The Levante accommodation offers space for a maximum of 6 people and is very modern and beautifully furnished. The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor and a children's room with two single beds on the first floor, which has its own balcony. There are two more beds in the living room, where there is a comfortable sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a cooker, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower, a WC and a washbasin and one on the first floor with a shower, a WC, a bidet and a washbasin. The covered terrace with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground, garden or pool. A TV is also available. Air conditioning, bed linen and WiFi (one router per accommodation) are also available free of charge. Barbecues are permitted at the public barbecue areas. A covered car park is included. Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 22.06.-06.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday. In the remaining period, the minimum length of stay is 4 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
You can reach the beautiful beach in just 600 metres through a small pine forest. The sandy beach is gently sloping and therefore also suitable for families with children. There are also many sports facilities available to guests, such as windsurfing and kite surfing. The beach is the ideal place to relax and sunbathe or enjoy one of the many sports activities on offer.
POOL
Holidaymakers have a large pool with large sunbathing areas, loungers and parasols at their disposal. The holiday complex also has a sandy area where children can play and adults can relax with a beach feeling. There is a lovely paddling pool for the little ones. There are massage jets and a waterfall for adults.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
In the low and high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. Football, tennis, volleyball, basketball and games tournaments are organised on a daily basis. The team also organises gymnastics and other courses. There is a mini club for younger children. There is also a playground and a small luna park. Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists. Cabaret, games evenings and guest evenings are also organised every evening, followed by disco and/or dance evenings. There is a wide range of sporting activities on offer. Multi-purpose courts (basketball, volleyball, football), ping-pong tables and tennis courts are available.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: tennis courts, basketball court, football pitch, volleyball court, cycle paths and walking trails. In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied fitness programme with gymnastics and much more for every day. There are also video games for children and a bocce court. Windsurfing and kitesurfing lessons can be booked on the beach. Bicycle hire is also available.
SHOPPING
There are shops nearby, about 300m outside the holiday complex. The nearest larger town is Cecina, where you will find a wide range of shops.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, microwave, saucepans and fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. The holiday complex has a snack bar where you can get drinks and snacks.
PETS
A maximum of 2 pets (no dangerous breeds) are allowed in designated accommodation.

LOCATION
The holiday village is very well maintained and only a short distance from the beach, making it ideal for families with small children. It is in a favourable geographical position for excursions to Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Siena, etc.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Cecina consists of two districts, the town of Cecina and Cecina Mare on the coast and is a combination of tradition and modern seaside resort. The seaside resort of the same name, Cecina Mare, is a popular seaside resort with white sandy beaches. You can take relaxing walks along the sandy beach on the coastal promenade. During the day, you can enjoy the hours of sunshine on the beautiful beach and find shade near the pine forests, which are home to many animal species. If you would like to do something cultural, you can visit the Museo della Vita e del Lavoro della Maremma Settentrionale folklore museum or the Museo Archeologico Etrusco-Romano archaeological museum. You can also take a walk to the Chiesa Acipretale S. Giuseppe e Leopoldo church. A stroll through the many shops and boutiques is also recommended and there is a weekly market on Tuesdays. The surrounding towns offer various restaurants, cafés and discos. Day trip destinations include interesting cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Siena and Florence. A visit to the medieval town of Volterra is also definitely worthwhile! The Acqua Village with its water slides in Cecina Mare or the "Cavallino Matto" leisure and amusement park promise ultimate bathing fun for the whole family. The island of Elba and the other islands in the archipelago's national park, such as Capraia, Pianosa, Giglio and Giannutri, are all within easy reach on a day trip. Il Calidario is a well-equipped wellness centre with a natural spring whose water temperature is 36°C. The wine route offers, in addition to high-quality wines, the opportunity to get to know the typical products of the area and to taste the characteristic specialities, such as olive oil, honey, cheese and salami. One village on the wine route is Bibbona, which is the ideal place for trekking lovers and mountain bikers with its marvellous nature trails in the forest. The famous Spiagge Bianche in Rosignano-Solvay (the white beaches) with their fine, light-coloured sand and blue sea are only a few kilometres away. Various water sports can be practised along the coast and the wind, which blows fairly constantly, has made Vada one of the favourite places for sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts. The Secche of Vada, a part of the sea with very shallow water, attracts fishing enthusiasts in every season. The possibility of exploring seabeds rich in flora and fauna and marvelling at the unsuspected natural and archaeological features here make it an ideal destination for many diving enthusiasts. Nature lovers can visit the Il Giardino Sospeso adventure park. Here you can spend a day in the forest on acrobatic suspension bridges between the trees.
