This beautiful brick-built holiday home is located in the holiday village of San Giorgio. The holiday park borders directly on Lake Garda and offers a restaurant with lake view, a bar, a beautiful adult pool and children's pool. From the pool and restaurant you have a wonderful view of Lake Garda. The holiday village also has a mini-market, playground, WiFi reception, volleyball court, small football pitch, table tennis and bowling green. There is also a mini golf course just 300 metres away and tennis courts available for a fee. The holiday complex is particularly suitable for families who prefer to do without entertainment, so relaxation and recreation are guaranteed! Washing machines and tumble dryers are also available. Sun loungers are available to guests free of charge on the beach and by the pool (subject to availability). The complex offers a magnificent view of a 3 km long pebble beach that stretches from the harbour in Dusano to San Sivino. Dogs are not allowed anywhere in the holiday village.
The recently built holiday home in a slightly elevated position consists of a bedroom with a double bed, which can also be converted into two single beds, and another room with a bunk bed. The living area has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a washbasin, shower cubicle and WC. The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground. Two cosy loungers by the house are also included. Pillows and blankets available, bed linen, towels, microwave, cot and high chairs can be hired for a fee if required (please reserve when booking). Barbecuing permitted. Travelling time from ital. Border approx. 2h. Final cleaning included. Car park free of charge. The houses are generously distributed on the grounds, which means that there is a lot of green space. Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 25.05.-.23.08.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday. In the remaining period, the minimum length of stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The pebble beach is less than a 2-minute walk from the holiday home and is directly accessible. Sunbeds on the beach are available free of charge (subject to availability). The beach also has a grassy area for sunbathing.
POOL
The holiday complex has a beautiful adult pool with lake view and a children's paddling pool. Sun loungers are also available to guests free of charge (subject to availability).
LOCATION
The holiday village in San Sivino/Manerba covers around 34,000 m2 of gently sloping terrain and is located directly on the south-western shore of Lake Garda in the Golfo di Dusano. The holiday village is beautifully nestled in the greenery between the towns of Moniga and Manerba.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The holiday resort has a children's pool and playground. In contrast to many holiday parks, this holiday resort is particularly suitable for families who are able to keep themselves busy. Young guests have lots of fun in the playground and the whole family can enjoy the excellent restaurant on the campsite. The fantastic panoramic view is free of charge and you can do your shopping in the small supermarket. Enjoy a relaxed family breakfast on the terrace of your beautifully furnished and fully equipped holiday bungalow. Here you have optimum privacy.
LEISURE AND SPORT
In addition to the pool, a volleyball court, small football pitch, table tennis and boccia court are available to holiday guests free of charge. A mini-golf course and several tennis courts are available to guests for a fee just 300 metres away. Water sports enthusiasts and surfers can really let off steam on Lake Garda.

Fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese and groceries in the mini-market.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans. Shopping facilities are also close by. You can of course also eat in the restaurant which belongs to the complex. There is also the possibility of pizza take-away.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Moniga del Garda lies on the south-western shore of Lake Garda. The old town centre nestles on a hill with a castle perched on top. The massive fortress was built as a defence against the Huns. Today, however, it is an idyllic residential area. The newer part of the village stretches down to the lake. A picturesque harbour and long, inviting pebble beaches await visitors there. Those who don't shy away from the hills will find beautiful cycling opportunities around Moniga past olive groves, vineyards, fields and meadows. Moniga del Garda also offers good opportunities to explore the surrounding area. A city trip to Verona with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and of course the world-famous Arena with open-air performances is just an hour away. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. Even picturesque Venice is within easy reach of Moniga del Garda. Travelling around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you will find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, with over 40 attractions ranging from a white water ride to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for young and old alike.
