Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the well-kept Residence Primera. The residence is located on the western shore of Lake Garda in the beautiful town of Moniga del Garda. The residence is not far from the lake, making it ideal for families with small children. There is a playground to keep the little ones entertained. Thanks to the great entertainment programme for older children and adults, the tennis court, the football pitch and the bike hire service, there is certainly no chance of boredom on holiday. The resort has a large, beautifully designed pool and a children's pool. A spacious green area around the pool area invites you to relax and unwind. The resort also has a restaurant, a mini-market, a barbecue area and coin-operated washing machines. Wifi is available in the holiday complex.
Renovated in 2016, the Bilo B2 flat can accommodate 4 people and is located on the ground floor or first floor. Over-occupancy with a baby under 2 years in a cot is possible on request. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a coffee machine and a large fridge with freezer compartment. There is a bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin and bidet. The covered balcony or seating area with table and chairs as well as 2 sun loungers invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam by the pool or in the playground. The flat has air conditioning (for a fee). The accommodation is also equipped with a satellite TV and a safe. Bed linen and towels are included. Barbecues are permitted at the public barbecue area. A car park is included. If required, a travel cot or high chair can be hired (please reserve when booking). The journey time from the ital. Border is approx. 2h. On request, breakfast or half board can also be booked on site. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-28.08.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday (minimum stay is 7 nights). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 3 nights (arrival and departure day Saturday and Wednesday possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The residence is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Lake Garda and a free pebble beach. Only about 700 metres away you will also find a beach where sun loungers and parasols can be hired. On the beach you can also go diving to discover the underwater world of Lake Garda, practise windsurfing or explore Lake Garda by canoe or pedalo.
POOL
The holiday complex has a beautifully designed large pool for adults and a children's pool with a depth of 60 cm for children. There is a large lawn around the pool with parasols for relaxation. Sunbeds can be hired. The friendly entertainment team organises great water games.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The multilingual entertainment team organises sports and games to keep young and old entertained. There is also a large playground for your children that will make their hearts beat faster. For teenagers and adults, the entertainment team organises various sports activities and tournaments, wine tastings and barbecues. There is also entertainment in the evening: once a week you can be enchanted by a magic show or enjoy live music. A travel cot and high chair can be hired if required (please let us know when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORT
There are several options for those who want to keep fit on holiday: Tennis court and football pitch (for a fee), volleyball court or table tennis. The entertainment team also offers various sporting activities. On the beach you can go windsurfing, canoeing, pedalling or diving. Bicycle hire is available at the holiday resort. Child seats can also be hired so that the whole family can go on a bike tour.
SHOPPING
There is a mini-market in the resort where you can buy groceries and everyday items as well as selected wines, typical local products, daily newspapers and beach items. Further shopping facilities can be found within walking distance.
FOOD
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a gas cooker, a coffee machine, a kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. You can indulge in Italian meat and fish specialities or delicious pizzas from the traditional wood-fired oven in the complex's restaurant. Or you can try out one of the many restaurants in Moniga del Garda. Of course you can also make use of the breakfast buffet or half board at favourable conditions.
PETS
3 small to medium-sized (max. knee-high) pets are welcome and must be registered when booking. Larger dogs are only possible on request. If a pet is brought along, final cleaning is obligatory. There is a free beach just 200 metres from the holiday complex where dogs are allowed.

LOCATION
The residence is not far from Lake Garda and is therefore ideal for families with small children. The centre of Moniga del Garda, which is ideal for strolling or shopping, is just a few minutes away. The well-kept complex on the western shore of Lake Garda is in an excellent location for excursions to northern Italy, such as Verona, Venice, Mantua, Bergamo and Brescia, as well as to the beautiful Dolomites.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Moniga del Garda is located on the south-western shore of Lake Garda. The old town centre nestles on a hill with a castle perched on top. The massive fortress was built as a defence against the Huns. Today, however, it is an idyllic residential area. The newer part of the village stretches down to the lake. A picturesque harbour and long, inviting pebble beaches await visitors there. Those who don't shy away from the hills will find beautiful cycling opportunities around Moniga past olive groves, vineyards, fields and meadows. Moniga del Garda also offers good opportunities to explore the surrounding area. A city trip to Verona with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and of course the world-famous Arena with open-air performances is just an hour away. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. Even picturesque Venice is within easy reach of Moniga del Garda. Travelling around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you will find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, with over 40 attractions ranging from a white water ride to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for young and old alike. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is waiting to introduce visitors to the underwater world. Breathtaking stunt shows await visitors at Movieland in Lazise. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and is home to a number of endangered species such as tigers, leopards and the little panda. Visitors can go on safari on a walking trail and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
