Description
Holiday home on 2 floors (for max. 8 persons) embedded in a very family-friendly, car-free holiday village which is located directly by the sea. The sea is within walking distance (150 metres). In addition to an Olympic-size pool, the holiday village also has an oversized swimming and leisure pool measuring 3,100 m2 with a fantastic water feature. There is also a separate children's paddling pool and playgrounds for the little ones. The holiday village also has 2 bars and 2 restaurants with a pizzeria, a small grocery shop, a kiosk, a launderette and free parking. The 200 or so terraced bungalows are family-friendly and simply furnished and are located in a large nature reserve, making for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday. Playgrounds, entertainment/miniclub, many sports facilities, the gently sloping beach and the wide range of gastronomic delights make the holiday village an ideal holiday destination.
The two-storey, brick-built 3-room bungalow offers space for 6, maximum 8 people. On the ground floor is the living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a bunk bed, which can be separated from the rest of the living area by a folding/sliding door. There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor, the open, well-equipped kitchen (with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave) and WC/shower (ground floor offers space for 4 to a maximum of 6 people). On the upper floor (which can be reached via an external spiral staircase) is the attic room with two single beds and a separate WC/washbasin and roof terrace. A continuous gap between the living room and the attic room ensures good air circulation. The covered seating area with table and chairs and two loungers invites you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam in the playground. The flats are furnished for a maximum of 8 people (7th/8th person for an extra charge). A satellite TV is included, pillows and blankets available/included, barbecue permitted, approx. 3.5 hours from the Italian border. Air conditioning optionally available. Half or full board can also be booked on site on request. Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 28.06.-06.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday. In the remaining period, the minimum length of stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
A lush pine grove runs along the coast between the sea and the holiday village. The gently sloping sandy beach is only approx. 150 metres from the holiday village (2 minutes' walk) and can be easily reached on foot. There is a public beach (free of charge) and a private beach (with sun loungers and parasols for a fee).
POOL
In addition to an Olympic-size swimming pool, the holiday village also has an oversized swimming and leisure pool measuring 3,100 m2 with a shallow bank for small children. The fantastic water feature with slides makes children's hearts beat faster. There is also a separate paddling pool for the little ones. Whirlpool. Each bungalow comes with 1 parasol and 2 sunbeds by the pool. Do nothing, just relax and enjoy the sun...
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Thanks to the car-free resort, your little ones can move around the whole holiday village without fear. An entertainment team (D/I, partly F) organises games, competitions and sports activities during the day. Evening entertainment, shows and dancing (during high season). Miniclub (for children from 4 to 12 years, 6 days/week), animated film shows, computer games. Playgrounds are of course also included...
LEISURE AND SPORT
You have the following options within the resort: Gymnastics, boccia, water sports, aerobics, (beach) volleyball, football, table tennis, dancing, archery, etc... There are also 2 floodlit tennis courts available within the complex for a fee. Bicycle hire. Outside the resort and for a fee you also have the following options: Mountain biking, horse riding, sailing, surfing, water skiing, canoeing or banana boating. The cycle and jogging paths in the pine grove are also ideal sports facilities that are available to you at any time.
SHOPPING
There is a minimarket in the holiday complex. There are further shopping facilities in Casal Borsetti.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans. Shopping facilities are also close by.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.
SPECIALS
Barbecuing is allowed at the house, if you don't want to bring your own barbecue, you can use the communal barbecue facilities.

LOCATION
The holiday village is located directly by the sea and is therefore ideal for families with small children. Casal Borsetti (approx. 16 km north of Ravenna) with its beautiful beaches is nestled in the Po Delta Park amidst pine forests, the lagoons of Comacchio and the Punte Alberete Nature Park, which is located just a few kilometres west of the village. The nature park and the gently rolling hills are an Eldorado for nature lovers. The holiday village is located on the edge of Casal Borsetti and the fine sandy beach can be reached via a footpath through a small pine grove in just 150 metres. The holiday village is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport (regular bus service to Ravenna). The surrounding area offers a multitude of enchanting and unforgettable natural beauties!
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Casal Borsetti is located approx. 80 km north of Rimini on the beautiful Adriatic coast. The former fishing village is surrounded by nature and borders the beautiful Po Delta. Here you can enjoy cycling tours or walks in the beautiful countryside. On Sundays, you can go to the market and there are also several restaurants and cafés. The province of Ravenna is located on the beautiful Adriatic coast. If you are travelling with children, you should definitely visit the Atlantica water park in Cecenatico. The park offers lots of fun with countless slides and other attractions. Animal lovers will love the Safari Zoo in Ravenna, where you can visit lions, giraffes and many other animal species. Ravenna is also home to the Mirabilandia amusement park, which guarantees fun for the whole family with its many rides and attractions! Cesena is home to the UNESCO attraction, the Malatesta Library, which is the oldest fully preserved municipal library in Europe.
