Description
The Residence Village holiday village is located on the Adriatic coast, in Cavallino-Treporti to be precise, and promises a successful family holiday on the Italian Riviera. Just a few kilometres from Jesolo, this holiday village boasts a wonderful location right on the well-tended sandy beach. Swimmers, active holidaymakers and families with children will get their money's worth here. The extensive range of leisure activities and entertainment for young and old will keep you entertained. The entertainment team also provides entertainment in the evening with various shows. A huge pool area with water games, slides, spray park and comfortable sun loungers awaits sun-seekers and bathing beauties. There are also mini water slides and a children's pool. Art and culture are not neglected either, as the lagoon city of Venice is less than an hour's drive away. The holiday resort also has a supermarket, bazaar, bike hire, hairdresser, restaurant, gelateria, doctor, coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Wifi is available in the holiday complex.
The bright and spacious Happy Easy mobile home has modern furnishings and a welcoming atmosphere. You will feel right at home. The mobile home offers space for 6 people (including one child up to max. 12 years/60kg) and is divided into a bedroom with a double bed (190 x 140 cm) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (190 x 70 cm) and a folding bed (for one person up to a maximum height of 150 cm or 60 kg). There is another bed in the living room. There are mosquito nets on all bedroom windows. The kitchenette is well equipped and has a fridge, 4-burner gas hob, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. An Italian espresso pot is available. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs, gazebo, 2 loungers and an electric barbecue invites you to relax while the children let off steam in the playground. WIFI is available. Travel cot and high chairs as well as air conditioning are available (for a fee) (please reserve when booking). Half or full board can also be booked on site on request. A car park is included. Please note If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-06.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday. In the period from 18 May to 28 June 2024, the minimum length of stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The gently sloping sandy beach is embedded in the unique coastal landscape of the Cavallino area just a few metres from the holiday complex. Sunbeds and parasols can be hired on the beach. The 15 km long beach is particularly suitable for relaxing, playing, socialising and sunbathing, but also provides the ideal backdrop for the sports activities proposed by the entertainment team. You can also explore the beach from the water on a pedalo ride (for a fee).
POOL
In the centrally located pool area, young and old alike will get their money's worth. A children's pool with water games and slides as well as a water playground and a spray park make children's hearts beat faster. There are 2 large slides for the more adventurous. 2 pools for adults, one of which has a hydromassage, round off the offer. After a refreshing swim, enjoy relaxing on the sun loungers by the pool wheel and letting the sun dry you off. The sunbeds are available for a small fee. Several lifeguards ensure your safety throughout the day.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Relaxation for you and lots of fun for your children. The resort has a beautifully designed children's playground on the beach, a mini club (4-8 years) and a maxi club (9-12 years) for the younger guests, who will have unforgettable days with the experienced and trained entertainment team. In addition, the children's pool by the pool guarantees fun and safety and invites you to swim and splash around. Your children can also take part in various tournaments and games, such as treasure hunts and craft activities. In the evening, the entertainment team provides a successful end to the day with various dance and entertainment shows. If required and subject to availability, a travel cot, high chair or pushchair can be hired on site (must be reserved when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORT
You'll be spoilt for choice, with sports, games, dance classes and much more to choose from. Take part in various sports tournaments or simply enjoy some well-deserved idleness on comfortable sun loungers by the pool and swimming in the pool. You can take part in cycling, catamaran and sailing boat excursions or opt for windsurfing. Of course, you can also take a trip on the sea in a pedalo. Your children can also take part in various tournaments and games. In the evenings, cabaret and music provide plenty of fun and entertainment.
SHOPPING
In the supermarket you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese and other groceries. The resort also has a bazaar with tobacco products, newspapers and souvenirs.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, cooker and fridge, allowing you to cook for yourself. You will also find a supermarket with fresh food directly in the holiday complex. If you prefer not to cook during your holiday, you can enjoy traditional Italian specialities such as pizza and pasta in the resort's restaurant. With the ice cream parlour available, dessert is also taken care of, where you can treat yourself and your family to a delicious ice cream.

SPECIAL
The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40. If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Cavallino is certainly known for its large harbour (400 berths) but also for its fantastic beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag for the tenth time in a row. In Cavallino you will also find various restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours that will spoil you with Italian delicacies. Explore the fantastic dunes, the various footpaths or the sandy beach on foot or by bike. Not far from the Cavallino Treporti peninsula is the art city of Venice. Get into the romantic mood on a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleyways, cross the Rialto Bridge and visit the Piazza di San Marco and the famous Doge's Palace. Would you like to try your hand at gambling? Then we recommend a visit to the Venice casino. The "Aqualandia" water park is much more than a classic water park - it is a real amusement island with 26 attractions in the water, including the longest water slide in the world and above water, including the highest bungee tower in Europe. An amusement park for children and teenagers can be found in "Jesolandia", which is also located in Jesolo. If you prefer something a little more leisurely, head to Sealife, which is also located in Jesolo. If you want to treat yourself to a fresh drink after a long and action-packed day out with your children, there are plenty of nightclubs in Jesolo that will enchant your night. If you are interested in harbours, boats and fishing, Cavallino Treporti is the right place for you! There are several smaller and larger harbours here, which are well equipped and from where you can go on boat trips in all directions. Whether on foot, by bike or on the water, the landscape around the peninsula is beautiful and should definitely be explored. Every Tuesday morning there is a great weekly market in Via Fausta in Cavallino. There you will find everything your heart desires! From food to clothing - you can shop here in a great atmosphere. Italy is known for its good food, in Cavallino Treporti you can enjoy local specialities that come directly from the region! Fish, meat and vegetables are grown and harvested by local farmers and turned into delicious delicacies by the restaurants in the area!
