Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Terme Čatež holiday complex in `Čatež ob Savi' and is a large complex in Slovenia. The holiday village has a very large Acqua Park and is therefore ideal for families. The resort has a large green area and the numerous facilities make this an ideal place to spend your holiday. In addition to a lush pool area with numerous attractions for children and slides, the resort also has a large indoor swimming park. There is also a great playground and mini club/entertainment programme for children. An entertainment programme for teenagers and adults, a wide range of sports activities, restaurants, pizzeria, bar, ice cream parlour and a casino are available to guests. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests.
The Happy Plus accommodation offers space for 7 people. The mobile home is equipped with three bedrooms. One with a double bed (190 x 140 cm) and two with 2 single beds (190 x 70 cm). There is sleeping accommodation for one person in the living room. The mobile home has a living room and an open-plan kitchen with a 4-burner gas hob, extractor bonnet, fridge and freezer compartment. An Italian espresso pot is available. The mobile home has a bathroom with shower and washbasin as well as a separate WC. All rooms have power sockets and all bedroom windows have mosquito nets. The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs, 2 loungers/chairs and an electric barbecue invites you to relax while the children let off steam in the playground. Air conditioning and travel cots/high chairs (for a fee) are available (book at least one week before arrival). Half or full board can also be booked on site on request. The car park is included. Note If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-06.09.2024 the minimum stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified when booking remains unchanged.
POOL Outside
Holiday guests have a huge outdoor pool area at their disposal as well as large sunbathing areas with loungers and parasols. The outdoor pool area covers 10,000 square metres and offers an Olympic-size swimming pool, a pool with underwater massage, many children's pools, a lagoon, a pirate island, a slow river, a boomerang slide, a slide-triple, a pool with an irregular shape, a wave pool and whirlpools. It has numerous water features, figures, slides and a huge pirate ship for the children.
Indoor POOL
Holiday guests have a huge indoor pool area at their disposal. The indoor pool area has 2,300 square metres and offers a swimming pool, many children's pools, a surfing area, whirlpools, water games, figures, slides and a huge pirate ship for the children. The indoor pools are heated and you can also go outside in the warm water in one of them.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
In the low and high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. Football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo, tennis and games tournaments are organised on a daily basis. The team also organises aerobics, aqua aerobics, Zumba, yoga, Pilates and other courses. There is a mini club for children and a teen club for older children. There is also a playground that will make the hearts of younger guests beat faster. Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists. Cabaret, games evenings and guest evenings are also organised every evening, followed by disco and/or dance evenings. There is a wide range of sporting activities on offer. Multi-purpose courts (basketball, volleyball, football), table tennis, squash, bowling, badminton, volleyball court and tennis courts. There is also a nice mini-golf course.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: climbing tower, fitness centre, six tennis courts, football pitch, mini football pitch, beach volleyball, cycle paths, trekking trails and jogging routes. In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied fitness programme for every day with stretching, aqua aerobics, yoga, Zumba and much more. Canoes can also be hired for paddling on the slow river around the resort. Bicycle hire is also available. By bike you can follow beautiful cycle paths and enjoy the marvellous view of the green countryside. It also has a long promenade that is ideal for walking or cycling. The resort also has a car wash, a casino (one for children and one exclusively for adults), an amusement arcade for children, a hairdresser, a beauty centre, a sauna park and a spa. For the little ones there is an amusement park with mini golf, mini go-kart track, pirate tower, bungee trampolines and water wars.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items. There is also a fruit and vegetable market, a clothes shop, a souvenir shop, a tobacco and newspaper shop, a sports shop, an ATM, a pharmacy and a delicious patisserie.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and cooking pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. The holiday park also offers a very large selection of restaurants, a take-away, a pizzeria, a grill speciality restaurant, a self-service restaurant, a fast food snack bar, a patisserie, an ice cream parlour, bars, a beer garden and a pub. If you would prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (pre-booking is not necessary).
PETS
Pets are welcome with prior notification at the time of booking. Only one pet is allowed and it must not weigh more than 35kg. The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 euros when bringing a dog. If everything is in order on departure, the customer will receive 100 euros of the deposit back and 20 euros will go to the holiday park for extra cleaning.
SPECIALS
A club card of 50 euros must be paid once per accommodation. (Deposit, at the end the customer gets the money back)! This gives you free access to the Winter Thermal Riviera for up to 3 hours per day or, alternatively, two unlimited entries per day for the whole family in the Summer Thermal Riviera (as of 2023). The final cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40. If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as stated in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION
The holiday resort has everything you could wish for and is therefore ideal for families with children. Brezice is only 4 km away, a town with a lot to offer in terms of culture, where you will certainly not be bored. If you would like to visit Zagreb, it is only 30 km away. A huge city that has a lot to offer.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
A holiday in Čatežu is full of experiences and at the same time an excellent starting point for excursions in the surroundings of Terme Čatež. Explore the walking trails in the surroundings of Terme Čatež or set off on a bike ride along the lively cycle paths. Brežice is proud of its rich natural and cultural heritage, which is revealed to visitors at every step. Visit the numerous castles that characterise the town and its surroundings: Mokrice Castle with a top restaurant and a two-hundred-year-old English park, Brežice Castle with the Sava Museum and the Knights' Hall, and Pišece and Bizeljsko Castles, which watch over the surrounding vineyards. The water tower stands proudly in the centre of Brežice. We also recommend a walk across another of the town's sights - the old bridge over the Sava and Krka rivers. In Bizeljsko, the friendly locals will be happy to show you the unique Repnice caves in the quartz sand and invite you for a glass of red wine. You can look into the nest of the interesting bee wolf/beeater. A tour of the ethnographic collection and the Blacksmith Museum will take you back a hundred years in time. Look for the corncrake, which only nests in the Jovsi Nature Park.
