Description
The family-friendly Marina Julia holiday resort is located in Marina Julia. The holiday village is located directly on the Adriatic Sea, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Trieste, in a cultural environment. The resort is located right next to the "Cona" island nature reserve. With its many possibilities, the holiday resort is ideal for those who want to spend an active and sporty holiday, but at the same time are looking for relaxation for the whole family. The Marina Julia holiday complex offers you a large, beautifully designed pool area for every taste. In addition to an Olympic pool, you will find a pool with a 10 metre diving platform, a beautifully designed children's pool with lots of water games, a pool with 4 water slides and a river pool. The holiday complex also offers sports tournaments, fitness, beach volleyball, table tennis, basketball and a small football pitch. There is also a mini club, baby dance and playgrounds for younger guests. Wifi is available in the holiday complex. At the heart of the holiday village is the "Piazzetta" (small square), where the entertainment team organises evenings of fun and music. Around the "Piazzetta" there is a bar, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a small supermarket, an information office and a games arcade. Coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers are also available to holiday guests.
The modern and bright Happy Comfort mobile home offers space for a maximum of 5 people and consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, crockery, cutlery and pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a WC (in some accommodations the WC is separate). The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs, 2 sun loungers and an electric barbecue invites you to relax, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Air conditioning is included. Travel cot, high chairs and bed linen are available for a fee (please reserve when booking). The car park is included. Half or full board can also be booked on site on request. Travelling time from the Italian border approx. 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-6.09.24 the arrival and departure day is Saturday or Wednesday, the minimum length of stay is 7 nights. During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
You can access the beach directly from the holiday complex. The sheltered and gently sloping beach is ideal for children and is also a paradise for windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts. There is a beach bar serving fresh snacks and cool drinks.
POOL
The complex has an Olympic-sized pool for swimmers, a pool with a 10-metre diving platform for the more daring and a children's pool with a small island and various water games for the little ones. A pool with 4 water slides provides plenty of fun in the water and in the river pool you can float comfortably on the air tyres. You can enjoy a refreshing drink or a light snack in the pool restaurant. Sun loungers (for a fee) and parasols are available around the pool area.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The sports facilities and playgrounds round off your family holiday perfectly. The entertainment team also provides entertainment for young and old. A travel cot and high chair can be hired for a fee if required (please notify us when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORT
If you want to be active on holiday, you are spoilt for choice: table tennis, fitness room, beach volleyball and a great pool area are available. The following are available for a fee: two red clay tennis courts, football pitch, mini golf, swimming lessons and a windsurfing and kitesurfing school on the beach. It is also possible to hire bicycles at the resort.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a mini-market with a bazaar and a newsagent. More shopping facilities are available in nearby Monfalcone. There is a market in Monfalcone once a week.
CATERING
The mobile home has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pots and pans as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. There is a restaurant, pizzeria, bar and ice cream parlour in the complex. You can of course also make use of the half-board or full-board service. You are welcome to book this on site (no pre-booking necessary).
PETS
Pets are welcome with prior notification at the time of booking. Only one pet is allowed and it must not weigh more than 35kg. The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 euros when bringing a dog. If everything is in order on departure, the customer will receive 100 euros of the deposit back and 20 euros will go to the holiday park for extra cleaning.
SPECIAL
The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40. If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION
Overlooking the breathtaking Gulf of Trieste, the Marina Julia holiday village extends over a lush green area of 15 hectares.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Guests can visit Trieste and Miramare Castle in the surrounding area. In the nearby town of Aquileia you will find various historical archaeological excavations that are well worth a visit. The town of Palmanova, around 30 kilometres away, is also worth a visit. It was laid out as a planned town at the end of the 16th century and its typical star-shaped layout has been preserved to this day. the town was declared a national monument in 1960. There is also a weekly market in Monfalcone every Wednesday.
