This family-friendly accommodation is located in the beautifully situated Sanghen holiday complex near Manerba del Garda. The resort is located directly on the western shore of Lake Garda and offers a wonderful view thanks to its slightly sloping position. Fun and entertainment await the little ones in the mini club, playground and small petting zoo. The resort has 3 pools, a children's pool, a tennis court and table tennis tables. The restaurant with terrace and bar as well as the mini-market cater for physical well-being. The holiday complex also has coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Wifi can be used free of charge in the complex.
The simply and functionally furnished flat A3 is a two-storey 2-family house and offers space for a maximum of 6 people including babies. The layout of the accommodation is ideal for a holiday with several adults or a multi-generational holiday. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor and another bedroom with a double bed on the 1st floor. The bedroom on the ground floor is only accessible via an external staircase. In the living area on the 1st floor, a sofa bed offers two additional sleeping places. Also in the living area is the well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a gas hob, a filter coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment. The accommodation has 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower, WC, washbasin and partial bidet and one on the first floor with a shower, WC, washbasin and partial bidet. The balcony with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers as well as the covered seating area and the small garden invite you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Air conditioning is available on the 1st floor. SAT-TV, a safe and a covered car park are included in the price. Bed linen can be hired on site (please reserve when booking). If required, a travel cot can also be hired (please reserve when booking). Breakfast or half board can also be booked on site on request. The journey time from the Ital. Border is approx. 2h. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 25.05.-31.05.2024 / 13.07.-30.08.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday (only bookable by the week). During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The holiday complex borders directly on the beautiful, free pebble beach. The beach is directly accessible via steps. Enjoy a relaxing sunbath or take a refreshing dip in the cool lake. You can also hire parasols and sun loungers along the beach. Lake Garda is also wonderful to explore on a walk along the beautiful beach promenade. Water sports enthusiasts will find everything they could wish for in the area around Manerba del Garda: from sailing to stand-up paddleboarding and kitesurfing, there's no chance of getting bored here.
POOL
3 pools await you here. Thanks to its gently sloping depth of 0.40m to 1.10m, the pool in the north-west of the complex is ideal for children. In July and August, there is another pool with a water feature right next to it. The third pool is located in the north-east of the complex. There is also a children's pool for the little ones. Sun loungers are available around the pools for relaxation.

The holiday complex is located on the western shore of Lake Garda, in the Gulf of Manerba del Garda. Thanks to its slightly sloping location, the holiday complex offers a wonderful view over Lake Garda. The spacious natural grounds directly bordering Lake Garda are the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Thanks to its favourable geographical location, the resort is also perfect for explorers: it is the ideal starting point for excursions to northern Italy, such as Verona, Venice, Mantua, Bergamo and Brescia, as well as to the beautiful Dolomites. Many amusement and water parks such as Gardaland, Movieland and Caneva are also just a short distance from the resort, making children's hearts beat faster.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
In July and August, the miniclub (for children aged approx. 4-12 years) provides the best entertainment for the little ones. The multilingual entertainment team offers a variety of activities such as colouring, quizzes, music games and sports activities throughout the day and evening for children. There is also a playground and a small petting zoo waiting to be discovered. If required, a travel cot can also be hired (please reserve when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORT
For sporty guests, the resort offers a tennis court and table tennis tables. The beautiful surroundings can also be explored on a walk along the beach promenade or on a hike through the countryside. At the nearby golf course "Il Colombaro" you receive a 30% discount on the green fee (as of 2021).
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a well-stocked mini-market, where you will find fresh groceries as well as a large selection of everyday items, foreign newspapers and typical products from Lake Garda.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a gas cooker, a filter coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. Those who prefer to be cooked for on holiday can take advantage of the restaurant and bar. Enjoy Italian cuisine in the restaurant or on the terrace with a beautiful view. The bar is ideal for a quick snack. Of course, you can also make use of the breakfast or half-board options at favourable conditions. You are welcome to book these on site (pre-booking is not necessary).

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Manerba del Garda is idyllically situated on the south-western shore of Lake Garda. From the Rocca del Manerba, a castle ruin on a prominent rock near Montinelle, you can enjoy a wonderful view over the south of Lake Garda. Montinelle is one of the eight villages that make up the municipality of Manerba, surrounded by the olive groves and vineyards of Valtenesis. In Manerba you will find picturesque shore areas, the small harbour of Porto Dusano and the Punta Belvedere headland, from the tip of which you can wade across to the cypress island of San Biagio and which offers wonderful bathing spots in its shallow areas. Every Friday from 08:00 - 13:00, the weekly market takes place below the church, where you can find everything your heart desires: from selected foods and delicious liqueurs to pet supplies, fashion and kitchen utensils. Enjoy the atmosphere as you stroll through the market stalls. Manerba del Garda also offers a good opportunity to explore the surrounding area. A city trip to Verona with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and of course the world-famous Arena with open-air performances is just an hour away. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. Even picturesque Venice is within easy reach of Manerba del Garda. A trip around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you will find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, because with over 40 attractions ranging from white water rides to a fairytale theme world, there is something for young and old alike. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is waiting to introduce visitors to the underwater world. Breathtaking stunt shows await visitors at Movieland in Lazise. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and is home to a number of endangered species such as tigers, leopards and the little panda. Visitors can go on safari on a walking trail and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
