Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Albatros holiday complex in Tuscany and is a very large complex in Italy. The holiday village has everything you need and is therefore ideal for families. The holiday park has a large pool area and the numerous facilities make this an ideal place to spend your holiday. In addition to a large children's pool with a lagoon and slides, as well as a swimming pool, the resort also has a great playground and a mini club/entertainment programme for children. There is also an entertainment programme for teenagers and adults, a wide range of sports activities and a restaurant, pizzeria, bar and ice cream parlour. The sandy beach is ideal for families with children. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests.
The Happy Premium accommodation is modern and nicely furnished. It offers space for up to 7 people. The mobile home consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and two children's rooms, each with two single beds. There is another bed in the living room. There are mosquito nets on all bedroom windows. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, crockery, cutlery and cooking pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs and two loungers/deckchairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Air conditioning, travel cot and high chair (for a fee) are also available (book at least one week before arrival). An electric barbecue is available. Half or full board can also be booked on site on request. A car park is included. Note If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-07.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday or Wednesday, the minimum stay is 7 nights. In the period from 20.05.-05.05.2024 and from 18.05.-29.06.2024 the minimum stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The sandy beach is about 800-900 metres from the holiday complex and can be easily reached on foot via a path through the shady forest. The sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with children and is ideal for building sandcastles. This makes the beach the ideal place to relax and sunbathe or enjoy a sporting activity. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.
POOL
Holidaymakers have access to an Olympic-size pool and large sunbathing areas with loungers and parasols. For the little ones, there is a swimming area with a lagoon, islands, slides and water games. There are also massage jets and a heated pool, which can also be covered. The pool bar has a large, tasty and varied offer and you can have a snack or a cocktail in the shade.
LOCATION
The holiday complex is located in Tuscany. The resort has a lot to offer, but if you would like to visit an Italian town on the Etruscan coast, San Vincenco is a good choice. San Vincenzo is around 8.5 km away. A beautiful old town centre and a few restaurants await you there. If you would like to visit the island of Elba, you have to drive about 12.5 km to get to the ferry.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
In the low and high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. Football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo and games tournaments are organised on a daily basis. The team also organises aerobics, water gymnastics and other courses. There is a mini club for children and a junior club for the older ones. There is also a playground and an adventure trail. Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists. Cabaret, games evenings and guest evenings are also organised every evening, followed by disco and/or dance evenings. There is a wide range of sporting activities on offer. Multi-purpose courts (basketball, volleyball, football), table tennis and a volleyball court are at your disposal. There is also a nice mini-golf course. Families with small children also have the option of hiring a baby cot or high chair on site.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: football pitch, mini football pitch, beach volleyball, cycling, trekking and jogging routes. In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied fitness programme for every day with stretching, water gymnastics and much more. There is also a sand court where beach volleyball can be played. Bicycle and scooter hire is also available. You can explore the beautiful region by bike and enjoy the marvellous views.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items. You will also find a bazaar, a clothes shop, a souvenir shop, a tobacco and newspaper shop, an ATM and a pharmacy with over-the-counter medicines in the holiday park.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and cooking pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. The holiday park also offers a restaurant with an open grill and a pizzeria, a take-away, a buffet restaurant Laguna "all you can eat", a fast food restaurant, a fast food snack bar, an ice cream parlour, two cocktail bars and a disco. If you prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (advance booking is not necessary).
PETS
Pets are welcome with prior notification at the time of booking. Only one pet is allowed and it must not weigh more than 35kg. The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 euros when bringing a dog. If everything is in order on departure, the customer will receive 100 euros of the deposit back and 20 euros will go to the holiday park for extra cleaning.
SPECIALS
In high season, a small train runs to the sandy beach. The holiday park has a first aid station, lockers and an internet corner. The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are available. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 50. If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
San Vincenzo is a popular seaside resort and is located in beautiful Tuscany. With its long sandy beaches, the town is ideal for sunny days at the beach for the whole family. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. Here you can take long walks at sunset or go on leisurely bike rides. San Vincenzo also has a marina. You can take a leisurely stroll past restaurants, boutiques and shops in the pedestrianised area. The surrounding towns offer various restaurants, cafés and discos. Day trip destinations include interesting cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Siena and Florence. A visit to the medieval town of Volterra is also definitely worthwhile! The Acqua Village with its water slides in Cecina Mare or the "Cavallino Matto" leisure and amusement park promise ultimate bathing fun for the whole family. The island of Elba and the other islands in the archipelago's national park, such as Capraia, Pianosa, Giglio and Giannutri, are all within easy reach on a day trip. Il Calidario is a well-equipped wellness centre with a natural spring whose water temperature is 36°C. The wine route offers, in addition to high-quality wines, the opportunity to get to know the typical products of the area and to taste the characteristic specialities, such as olive oil, honey, cheese and salami. One village on the wine route is Bibbona, which is the ideal place for trekking lovers and mountain bikers with its marvellous nature trails in the forest. The famous Spiagge Bianche in Rosignano-Solvay (the white beaches) with their fine, light-coloured sand and blue sea are only a few kilometres away. Various water sports can be practised along the coast and the wind, which blows fairly constantly, has made Vada one of the favourite places for sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts. The Secche of Vada, a part of the sea with very shallow water, attracts fishing enthusiasts in every season. The possibility of exploring seabeds rich in flora and fauna and marvelling at the unsuspected natural and archaeological features here make it an ideal destination for many diving enthusiasts. Nature lovers can visit the Il Giardino Sospeso adventure park. Here you can spend a day in the forest on acrobatic suspension bridges between the trees.
