Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the well-kept Residence Barbara. The residence is located on the western shore of Lake Garda in the beautiful town of Moniga del Garda. The residence is not far from the lake, making it ideal for families with small children. The children's entertainment programme (for children aged 4 - 12) and a playground provide the best entertainment for the little ones. The resort has a beautifully designed pool and a small children's pool. The green area next to the pool invites you to relax and unwind. Barbecues are permitted in the communal barbecue area. There is a coin-operated washing machine in the complex. Wifi is available in the holiday complex.
The well-furnished flat A2 is located on the first floor and can accommodate 4 people (an extra bed for a baby in a travel cot is possible on request). The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed. In the living area, a sofa bed offers two additional sleeping places. Also in the living area is a well-equipped kitchenette with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a gas hob, a coffee machine and a fridge. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. The balcony with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam by the pool or on the playground. To make things even more comfortable, you are welcome to bring deckchairs from home. SAT-TV, a safe and a car park are included in the price. Air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included. Barbecues are permitted at the public barbecue area. If required, a travel cot can be rented (please reserve when booking). The journey time from the ital. Border is approx. 2h. On request, breakfast or half board can be booked on site. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 06.07.-13.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday (minimum stay 7 nights). In the period from 18 May to 05 July 2024, arrival and departure is possible on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (minimum stay 5 nights). In the remaining period, arrival and departure days are possible daily (minimum stay is 3 nights). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The residence is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Lake Garda and a free pebble beach. Just 900 metres away you will also find a beach where sun loungers and parasols can be hired. On the beach you can also go diving to discover the underwater world of Lake Garda, practise windsurfing or explore Lake Garda by canoe or pedalo.
POOL
The holiday complex has a beautifully designed pool for adults and a small children's pool. There is a lawn area with parasols next to the pool where you can relax. Sunbeds can be hired. If you need a little refreshment after a dip in the cool water, you can find it at the pool bar.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The multilingual entertainment team provides entertainment for young and old with sports and games. Fun and games await children aged 4-12 during the high season in the special children's entertainment programme. In the evening, the little ones can have fun at the children's disco. There is also a playground for your children. There is also entertainment in the evening: once a week you can be enchanted by a magic show or enjoy live music. A travel cot can be hired if required (please notify us when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORT
If you want to keep fit on holiday, you have several options here: Tennis court and football pitch (for a fee), beach volleyball court or table tennis. The entertainment team also offers various sporting activities. On the beach you can go windsurfing, canoeing, pedalling or diving. Bicycle hire is available at the holiday resort. Child seats can also be hired so that the whole family can go on a bike tour.
SHOPPING
You will find shopping facilities within walking distance.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchenette with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a gas cooker, a coffee machine and a fridge. Shopping facilities are also close by. The pool bar is ideal for a light snack. Or you can try out one of the many restaurants in Moniga del Garda.
PETS
1 small to max. medium-sized pet (max. 50 cm / approx. 10kg) is welcome and must be registered at the time of booking. If you bring a pet, the final cleaning fee of 55€ is obligatory. There is a beach just 400 metres from the holiday complex where dogs are allowed.

LOCATION
The residence is not far from Lake Garda and is therefore ideal for families with small children. The centre of Moniga del Garda, which is ideal for strolling or shopping, is just a few minutes away. The well-kept complex on the western shore of Lake Garda is in an excellent location for excursions to northern Italy, such as Verona, Venice, Mantua, Bergamo and Brescia, as well as to the beautiful Dolomites.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Moniga del Garda is located on the south-western shore of Lake Garda. The old town centre is nestled on a hill with a castle perched on top. The massive fortress was built as a defence against the Huns. Today, however, it is an idyllic residential area. The newer part of the village stretches down to the lake. A picturesque harbour and long, inviting pebble beaches await visitors there. Those who don't shy away from the hills will find beautiful cycling opportunities around Moniga past olive groves, vineyards, fields and meadows. Moniga del Garda also offers good opportunities to explore the surrounding area. A city trip to Verona with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and of course the world-famous Arena with open-air performances is just an hour away. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. Even picturesque Venice is within easy reach of Moniga del Garda. Travelling around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you will find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, with over 40 attractions ranging from a white water ride to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for young and old alike. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is waiting to introduce visitors to the underwater world. Breathtaking stunt shows await visitors at Movieland in Lazise. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and is home to a number of endangered species such as tigers, leopards and the little panda. Visitors can go on safari on a walking trail and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
