The accommodation is located in the residence Le Corti del Lago, surrounded by greenery and directly on Lake Garda, in the beautiful village of Padenghe sul Garda. Enjoy an unforgettable holiday on Lake Garda with your family. The residence has a pool area with a children's pool and a large pool, both of which invite both young and old to splash around and let off steam together. A barbecue area in the complex and many delicious restaurants within walking distance round off the offer. The holiday resort is particularly suitable for families who prefer to do without entertainment and prefer things to be quieter. Relaxation and recreation are guaranteed! WIFI is available free of charge in the complex.
The ground-floor two-room flat Bilo A2 offers space for a maximum of 4 people (including babies). The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed. If required, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area offers two more sleeping options. The well-equipped kitchenette in the living area is fitted with an electric cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a filter coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a washbasin, WC, hairdryer and shower. The covered and furnished terrace with garden and lake view invites you to relax and linger together on two sun loungers, while the children can let off steam by the pool and make new friends. SAT-TV, air conditioning/heating, a safe and a car park are already included in the rental price. Towels and bed linen are included. Families with small children also have the option of renting a baby cot on site (please also reserve when booking). Barbecues are permitted at the communal barbecue area - so nothing stands in the way of a barbecue evening with the family! The journey time from the Italian border is approx. 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 06.07.-13.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday. In the period from 18 May to 5 July 2024, the arrival and departure days are Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (minimum stay is 5 nights). During the remaining period, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The residence borders directly on the beautiful western shore of Lake Garda. You can reach the free pebble beach directly from the residence, where you can enjoy a relaxing walk along the lakeshore or sunbathe under the Italian sun.
POOL
The centrepiece of the residence is clearly the pool area. It has a children's pool for younger guests to let off steam and another pool for experienced swimmers. Take a refreshing dip in the cool water and enjoy the unique view of the lake and the old harbour of Padenghe. Sunshades and sunbeds are available for hire around the pool area.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The resort is particularly suitable for families who want to spend a carefree beach holiday directly on Lake Garda. Enjoy an eventful yet relaxing day at the lake with your loved ones. In the evening, the town centre of Padenghe or nearby Desenzano invites you to stroll around together and enjoy a delicious ice cream. Families with small children also have the option of hiring a travel cot on site.
LEISURE AND SPORT
In addition to the two pools in the complex, guests also have the opportunity to play an exciting game of table tennis with their loved ones. Those who wish can also try windsurfing on the beach or visit one of the tennis courts or golf courses in the area (subject to a charge). There's never a dull moment on Lake Garda!
SHOPPING
There are several shops near the residence where you can stock up on everyday items and groceries. The two nearby towns of Padenghe and Desenzano also invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour and take a stroll.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchenette with an electric cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a filter coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment. If you prefer to be cooked for on holiday, you can also visit one of the many restaurants within walking distance. A bread roll service is also available on site.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Desenzano del Garda is located on the south-western shore of Lake Garda. Desenzano is the largest town on Lake Garda and one of the most important trading centres in northern Italy. This can also be seen from the beautifully restored merchant houses as you stroll through the old town centre. The many upmarket shops, the large marina and the elegant promenade along the lake are evidence of the town's continuing prosperity. Desenzano is also the seat of a bishop, home to secondary schools and an attractive shopping destination, and offers a colourful nightlife with its many bars and discos. In short, the ideal place to spend a varied and enjoyable holiday. Desenzano is one of the few towns on Lake Garda with a railway station and is therefore easily accessible by public transport. Every Tuesday there is a very large weekly market in Desenzano on the historic Caesare Battisti promenade with a wide variety of stalls and vendors. A city trip to Verona with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and, of course, the world-famous Arena with its open-air performances can be reached in just 45 minutes by car. You can even get to Verona by train in just 20 minutes. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. Even picturesque Venice is within easy reach of Desenzano. A trip around Lake Garda is also always an experience. But holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet will also get their money's worth in the Desenzano area. The beautiful, typically Lombard town of Lonato is located around six kilometres west of Desenzano. It has a magnificent baroque cathedral with a mighty dome and a towering town tower. From the ruined castle "Rocca" on a hill, which towers over the striking historic town centre, you can enjoy a magnificent view over the moraine hills as far as the lake. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. For example, Castelnuovo del Garda is home to Gardaland, one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, with over 40 attractions ranging from a white water ride to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for young and old alike. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is waiting to introduce visitors to the underwater world. Breathtaking stunt shows await visitors at Movieland in Lazise. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes by car from the south-eastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and is home to a number of endangered species such as tigers, leopards and the little panda. Visitors can go on safari on a walking trail and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.

The residence borders directly on the beautiful and free beach of Lake Garda. The two towns of Padenghe and Desenzano are also within easy reach of the residence and are definitely worth a visit with the family.
